Spacious Character Room in a Delightful Garden Set
We loved Dream Butterfly. Just far enough away from the maddening crowds and further away from Pub Street! The room was one of the best we stayed on our 6 week trip. The hosts generously picked us up from the airport and the service we received was superb. or started broadcasting at

Beautiful place
We stayed here for 3 nights, the room was perfectly clean, spacious and pleasant. We had very nice breakfast at our balcony. Sam (the owner) was very nice and helpful. We had really good time here. The location is a bit far from the center (about 15 min walk), but that's what makes it very quiet and relaxing. Recommend

Away from pubstreet and provincial setting
If you want a provincial setting with a garden and can hear continous croak of frogs , stay here!😊The pubstreet and night market is just a walking distance. But if you are tired from the tour of the ruins in Angkor Wat and the nearby temples, i suggest you take the tuktuk at $1 (we were charged $2 when there was a heavy downpour).Rooms are big with big beds and a balcony. What you see in the posted pics are what you really see. Breakfast is okay but what we have ordered for the 3 consecutive days that we stayed there are the banana pancakes. Its something new to our taste and easy to gulp down as we are always in a hurry to start with our tour. Mr Sam, the Manager (who serves also as receptionist and sometimes serves our food ☺😊) is so kind and helpful. He He was the one who fetched us at the airport late in the night and helped us contact the bus company that will bring us to Bangkok. Given the chance to return to Siem Reap, I will book with them again and recommend to friends.

Amazing place
We had one of if not the best stay of our travels so far here. The room belied its price. It's simply stunning and finished to an exceptional standard by any price point. The hotels' setting feels like a mini oasis with its sculptured garden and butterflies flying around. Wifi worked great and the breakfasts were excellent (best pancakes I've ever had!). I really liked the location as it's just far enough out of the central bustle but still close enough to walk into (10-15 minutes). The staff were all excellent and helpful. We arranged our tuk tuk to the temples through the hotel for a fair price. Plus the free pick up and drop off from the airport/bus station is an added bonus. Hope to return to this place in the future.

Unique and beautiful hotel
The garden is beautiful with live butterflies, a garden, and massage fish tank. The hotel is a ten to fifteen minute walk from pub street so it is quiet at night. The owner was helpful and friendly, he helped us book our tour of Angkor Wat and gave us a ride to the airport when we left. They have several options for breakfast as well, and they even cooked it for us outside their normal breakfast hours. Incredible value for the price.

Everything was supercool. The hotel owner Sam is very hospitable. It's definitely the best place to stay in Siam Reap. Thanks for such a cool service!

Excellent customer service
Rooms are big, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great value for money. We were provided free airport pick and drop off. Hotel owner helped us to book a car (very good condition) going around the city with very reasonable price. We left the hotel very early at 4 AM for the sunrise and they were so kind to arrange early breakfast outside. They all are very helpful. Highly recommended.

Boutique Experience at a Budget Price
What a pleasant surprise. The rooms here are truly 'boutique' and yet I was charged at budget hotel rates. There's really nothing I can fault here. Perhaps the only negative for some would be its distance from the Siem Reap 'downtown 'area ie Pub St. which is about a 15 min walk. For myself, and I imagine many others, this is a positive, as it means that the Villa is very quiet especially at night. Sam, the owner is a wonderful host; his English is excellent, and he's very helpful and accommodating. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

Value for money
Always keep in mind how much you paid for. PROs: just opened 6mos ago so rooms and bathroom are good. They bring you breakfast at your porch facing garden. Free airport transfer! Mr Sam is very nice. Arranged tour and tuktuk for me. Breakfast was nice. Sam has been very nice and accommodating. CONs: place is a long walk to pub street/night market, but it can be walked (around 10-15mins). It was ok if youre doing it just once or twice. But since boutique does not have their own resto, youd have to make effort to do some walk. Though ypu cam do tuktuk for 1usd. There were mosquitoes in the room even when im sure ive kept my door closed. Overall, great value for the money paid.

Absolutely fantastic!
it's a quaint place. Really lovely location for relaxing. in the morning you can hear the mild laughter of children in the nearby school. it's a bit of a walk from Pub Street and the Old and Night Market but a tuktuk is always passing by and there are places to eat nearby. it's far from the loudness of Pub St. which we loved. The room was great. you can see the beautiful sunrise from the 2nd flr and the facilities are great. The breakfast was spot on too. Best banana pancakes ever! We loved the noodles too. But most important is how helpful Sam was booking the tours and bringing us to the airport. if I were to come back to Cambodia I would very likely come back.
