We stayed at this property for single night. The room was big for 3 of us. Mr. Bernard is a caring host & upgraded our room too on arrival. The property is near all famous places in Fort Cochin area.

Similar accommodations in the area charge 1/2 or 1/3 the rate. Frankly I would expect a 3 star accommodation for the price, pretty poor value for money. Owner should be more sensitive than knocking at the door at 10 in the night. Room had no almirahs or couch or hot water supply ( owner said it works on solar power but despite quite sunny days we couldn't figure it out). I can't feel but fleeced about this booking. Not a happy first booking with agoda they should do a price check as well rather than have the unsuspecting tourists get fleeced.

Don't forget the pushing!”
The owner was enjoyable. He's kind of like a zany uncle. Some of the things he told us seemed inappropriate, but his best advice was about boarding a local bus: "Always be pushing". After we checked out and were walking away from the guesthouse, we heard him call out to us, "Don't forget the pushing!!!" It made our day.

El trato ha sido excelente, Fernando te orienta y aconseja en todo lo que haga falta y su familia es encantadora, su mujer es un dulce de persona. La casa está situada a tan sólo 10 minutos caminando hacia el centro, lejos del ruido y cerca de los ferris. La casa es preciosa y tiene dos terrazas. El único problema que se puede encontrar el viajero, es que Internet, no funciona en las habitaciones alejadas de la estancia principal de la casa, pero para mí fue un placer, estar en la terraza y conectarme, mientras me fumaba un cigarro. Agradezco sobre todo la paciencia, teniendo en cuenta que no sé hablar inglés y me cuesta hacer entender. Muchas, muchísimas gracias
