Doesn't live up to the hype
The room itself was great with a fabulous view though you can hear every person in the corridor walking past / banging doors. It's loud in all public areas and the lobby smelt gross. The staff were pleasant but ineffective - ad hoc whether water/toiletries were provided and front desk staff lost a really important package for 45 minutes and showed little interest in finding it. The food was poor - the over-priced breakfast was ridiculous inc. $7 for concentrate apple juice in a plastic cup! I wouldn't return.

Kinda disappointed with dream
The location was great and staff friendly but the rooms were very small compared to the pictures on the website . The bed is low to the ground and the sheets upon arrival weren't clean properly was a stain . The pool area was nice but they had people there with day passes who weren't hotel guest making us wait for chairs that's not really fair when we are paying guest .

A great hotel let down by night reception staff
I have stayed a difference dream hotels around the world and always found them to be great. However the night time reception staff at this hotel are terrible. The day time check in staff are great but they were let down by their night time colleagues.

Hotel is one giant nightclub
Was not what i expected. It was loud and packed in the lobby every night from people partying- line to the nightclub was in the lobby, really annoying. So could not hear the staff while checking in. Woke up from drunk people outside the room at 4am. If you are not in your twenties and want to be seen and party then i would suggest you look for other hotels. Location is good, rooms are funky. Bed was really comfy, concierge was helpful and did a good job, other than that i was not impressed with staff, seem inexperienced and not really interested.

First and last time at this hotel
The location, the view
We were very disappointed with our stay. Staff were rude with an aire of arrogance and we were treated like 2nd class citizens with priority given to those clubbing at the hotel. Rooms are very cramped with nowhere to store suitcases, and bathroom amenities were not restocked. Had to request more soap after 2 days of not being restocked. We also requested to have a wake up call because of daylight saving as we were running the marathon however this never happened and luckily we woke up in time. Save your money and don't bother staying here because for the price you pay the service is awful. Other hotels in the area are much better or even an air Bnb if your up for the experience.

Vegas in New York
Pool, location, pool
Not a family hotel. Lobby was a club, roof bar was a club, pool was a club, there is even a club in the basement. Noise level was annoying considering I was there for work. Hearing house music through your pillow until 4am made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. Staff is great and will move you to a quiet room if you request it. Definitely felt more like Vegas than New York.... But you can't beat the pool and location.
