Pros: no road noise. clean, no cockroach. no weird smell. got mineral water. Cons: no hot water to make cup noodle and no kettle. noisy banglas around. 3am 4am can hear bumping door noise from next doors. receptionist unprofessional (bangla), forgot about my deposit till I reminded them, location not good (not much restaurant except all chinese restaurant, i dont eat chinese food), so need to order.

1. Customer service a little rude when attend customer (without check properly, totally said "sorry miss your name is not booking here" . I'm totally shocked when I'm hear that because I'm check in at late night then have to handle this thing?🤦 2. Tv at my room totally not function 3. Toilet door very transparent and only suitable for solo travel. 4. Shampoo packing have to be improved That's all, hope next time can improve the all above. Tq

Cheap hotel and great stay”
I like staying here as I am more on a budget. It's fairly cheap compared to comparable hotels in the area. The rooms are clean and new building. There are a lot of parking lots right in front of the hotel.The reception was good and can suggest where to go for shopping or where to visit.It took around 5-10 minutes walking to the markets and shopping mall.Would most likely stay again at this hotel.

Check your locks before you leave”
It was a nice small room which I enjoyed but what shocked me was that the door doesn't lock when i leave the room. The rfid card doesn't do anything to turn on anything nor to unlock the door. I was lucky that I checked because any tom, dick and harry can waltz in and stand right in front of the rooms when the receptionist is not watching. Luckily a deadbolt was provided and I was assured that I won't get a nasty scare in the middle of the night. I do hope they do something about as I quite enjoyed my stay and the staff are friendly.

Felt threatened”
At around 3 am, I was jolted awake by the very loud voices of men outside my room. They seemed to have the run of the place -- I thought the small hotel was being ransacked by hooligans. Then incredibly loud music started blaring from the room right next to mine. Every now and then, I'd hear men shouting in the hallway. After half an hour, the loud music was still on but the voices in the hallway had stopped, so I quickly left my room and went to the hotel lobby just one floor down. When I asked the receptionist what was going on, he said there were three drunk men who had checked in. I complained about the loud music, and he said to just stay in my room amd that I would stay safe if I only stay in my room. I went out of the hotel to see if there was any open coffee shop I could go to and wait at until morning - I felt unsafe in the hotel - but there was no open establishment in the vicinity at all. I returned to the hotel, but noticing that the disturbance was still on, told the receptionist I was going to exit the hotel again to look farther; to this he replied that if I left again, I would have to check out of the hotel because he was not going to open the door a second time (guests are not free to enter/exit the hotel anytime within certain hours -- guests must ask the receptionist to unlock the door). But I still could not find any open coffee shop and it being before dawn and very dark outside, I felt it would also be unsafe to stay out in the street. I returned to the hotel, and withi things having quieted, returned to my room. In hindsight, I should have called the police.
