Hotel is 5 minute walk to the train station. Due to disability we parked our tuk tuk at the station for 100 rupees. Hotel is comfortable, nice hot shower and very good wifi. Breakfast large and tasty, more than we could eat! Owners and family, friendly. Recommended, thanks!

i miss the old couples! ”
to me, it is a very lovely location and if you are looking for an area where u can explore locals' lives and go wonder rounf safely, instead of nawura eliya (little england), this is the place for you! saying that, it is not far away from nawara eliya at all since you can take a tuktuk for 300rupees, US$2. the hosts were AMAZING. i love them! it just makes me feel like home and the old lady in the house was so cute! i felt abit sad leaving her the next day even! 5mins walk from the train station to ella (hill mountain train route) and 10mins away from local tea gardens! tonnes of little kids running round saying hello to you in the area :) clean rooms, tidy. little mould on the ceiling but it doesnt bother me. breakfast can be provided with low cost. no hot water for shower, acceptable. highly recommended. shame old couples dont have facebook to keep in touch with. i will definitely write them a postcard from home. they are THAT nice!

Lovely spacious room with big bathroom, and very kind and helpful owners. There isn't much going on in the area, but it is close to the train station so great for a stopover, and there are some beautiful views from the house.

Great Homestay”
Booked 3 rooms, but when arrived there were only 2 available. There are only 3 rooms Available in this property however you will be able to book more than that on Agoda (it seems booking control has to be improved) At the time of booking It wasn't clear enough for me that I was booking homestay. I think hotel word is being used in description a few times. It is hard for me to review it as I have never stayed in homestay before and thought I was booking rooms in hotel. Rooms were good size, clean, owners great, friendly and helpful. Delicious Breakfast. This is great homestay, but not hotel with room service:)

We had the pleasure to know this couple running the business, even when we were in Colombo their son picked us up and drop us to the right hostel. They even wait for one of us at 4 am in the morning ( coming in the last train from Colombo). The place is very clean, they are still building it the only cons is that our room was close to the dinning room so we couldn't sleep for long.

Extremely helpful and interested owner. Great breakfast und dinner for a good price. Good and cheap bus connection to nuwara Elya. It gets quite chilly in the rooms at night - be prepared. Overall very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Nice small town to stay, wonderful walking paths in tea fields nearby. Cozy homestay type of atmospher created by the owner(son) and his parents. Good hospitality. The bathroom needs a proper water drainage system as water from shower keeps the bathroom floor wet for 24hr. Because of this, feel humidity inside the room. Breakfast was good but ticky for toutists. Choosing option doesn't mean that it is what you would be served but would be charged for eating what the family put on the table as "choices". It's commonly used at Sri Lankan cafetetia, pay what you eat. So, ask the family member which one is for the option you chose before you touch the food.. Highly recommended to stay in this town!

A quaint place with genuine people”
A comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We were a total of 4 adults and 3 children. We were out most of the day and came in only to sleep and shower. The place was good for this. The bathrooms appear to have been renovated recently - the shower fails as the water pressure was near non-existent. Possibly a water supply issue. The water stagnation in one of the bathrooms due to incorrect floor slope is a concern - to step into a puddle of ice-cold water in the morning is not pleasant. But the owners more than compensated for this - really nice warm people. Loved the place - Nanu oya - just out of the bustle of Nuwara Elliya - but we had the luxury of our own vehicle.

舒适贴心的民宿”
旅馆的老夫妇和热心，房间舒适，整洁，干净。最在意的独立卫生间也很好，而且有热水！老夫妇还在房间里专门准备了毯子，说实话，高山上的温度的确是够低，会派上用场。晚餐是兰卡的传统餐，好吃！早餐为了方便我们赶大巴，就弄了最快的面包牛奶。总之就是很贴心。老大爷还陪我们等去Hatton 的大巴，并且告诉司机给我送到Hatton后再送上回Colomb的大巴，简直不能再贴心！真的是值得推荐！！！！So Wonderful!!!

Близко к ж/д станции. Холодно, сыро, как обычно в горах. На кухне готовить самостоятельно нельзя, можно просить приготовить. Не хватало тёплых одеял и обогревателя. Были, как в гостях. Хозяева очень приветливые, во всем идут навстречу. Были, как в гостях
