              plenty of towels; well-equipped kitchen; great location (close to Tesco, to the post office and many restaurants); clean and comfortable beds with extra pillows. Alina was an angel to us and helped us with everything we needed.
              Everything was perfect, but a Nespresso machine would have been something nice to have. ❤️

              The apartment is very nice, nice natural light, spacious, had everything we needed for a 30 days stay feeling perfectly comfortable and at home. Location is brilliant, short walk from many grocery stores, pharmacy and bus stops.
              Upon arrival, the apartment was not as clean as we expected, especially the bathroom. Although before check in it was very easy to contact the staff, once we were there we kept getting ignored when requesting cleaning and maintenance. It took them 2 weeks to fix a broken toilet seat, which was a big nuisance.

              Location was great. Apartment size. Comfortable beds Nice and quiet.
              Curtains were very thin so woke up very early every morning. Curtains didnt fit living room window No instructions for oven although worked it out in the end. Hot water issues but soon worked that out too. Unable to find apartment rubbish bins and recycling. Floor was very squeaky - not sure if clean or dirty?
