Booked a room here last minute but it did not disappoint! I had an incredible view from my balcony and the room was spacious and squeaky clean! Food was also good esp the grilled fish. Thank you Ivy for being such a great host going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I definitely will come back! 😊

A perfect place for me”
RESORT: It has its own beach area- black sand and pebbly so its recommended to swim with aquashoes if you have sensitive feet. Water is clear, clean and cool though. They also have 3 pools with 2 small ones for the kids. WIFI is provided but you can get very strong signal near the restaurant/reception. So great idea lying on a hammock under coconut trees (there's 1 beside the restaurant and 1 near the resort pool) watching your online videos/shows while sipping your beer or sitting in one of my the outside tables/benches while having your breakfast al-fresco. A lot of the guests did that with their laptops prop up on the wooden table while gentle ocean waves lapping on the shores. FOOD: You can order food (from the menu) and these are cooked within 30 minutes so it's always fresh and no left overs (from the previous night). For a small eater, the servings is good for 2. Pre-order if you have an early tour to serve early. STAFF: I have dealt with polite,friendly and accomodating staff.

Food - is fine a bit pricey. Theres a lot of restaurants nearby if you want to satisfy your taste buds 😊 Rooms - Their room is okay but you need to change the mirror in comfort room (blurred na paningin blurred pa salamin sis). You need to be patient to their aircon at first you cant be comfortable (matagal lumamig but iniiwan namin bukas sya maghaponmagdamag lumamig lang haha) Pool - Its fine we don’t really used it coz we are beach lover. Staff - very accommodating and friendly staff! Note: You can get a tour outside the hotel coz their price is a bit high. Over all stay well its cheap.. its worth the price you pay.

Very good location and clean rooms”
We stayed there for a business trip. The place was really clean. They had a pool and a wide view of the beach. The location of the place was also a plus because when you go out the hotel’s property most restaurants are a walking distance from there. The rooms were cleaner than I expected. Water heater was working fine.

The Dreamland Beach Resort was nice for our family. We enjoyed. The staff was very friendly. There are free coffee and water always available. Food can be ordered outside. As always, there are things to be improved (continual improvement) to attract more tourists in the future: - Cleaning of the rooms should be done without further notice. - The beach is an asset. Keep it clean and clean it as often as you can. - Keep strolling dogs and cats away from the beach. - Clean the swimming pool in the morning and as the need - In order to avoid plastic sachets, the coffee and creamer can be served in refillable containers. We wish you all the best in the future.

Nice location - reasonably priced - a restaurant on site would be great”
The rooms were large enough and kept clean. Some minor defects in the 3 rooms we had did not bother us much (e.g. the tap handle in one bathroom's basin was lose and fell off when you wanted to wash your hands, the key holders usually controlling the power for the rooms were not functioning - didn't worry us at all, as we had power in the rooms - so all good) The lack of a restaurant is one downside, as we would have liked fresh breakfast or some snacks during the day while on the beach or in the pool. However, there are many restaurants around, that provide good food. One restaurant (Alex RestoBar) seems to have a contract with Dreamland to deliver food on request. We ordered delivery one night, and food was delivered on time and to the door.

Locations is perfect when you want to get access to tours around the island since it is located along the main road, it is also near the port going to white island. Room is clean and has necessary things for a comfortable stay except slippers, tiles get cold and uncomfortable to step. Nonetheless, overall stay in the room is excellent. Staff are friendly and approachable except when we arrived, we were exhausted and tired from travelling and so ready to rest but ended up waited for almost 30 mins until we can enter our room because they cleaned the room right when we arrived which was disappointing.

This place has potential. Unfortunetly it's a bit beaten up, could do with some maintenance and better cleaning of the rooms. The first night we har a cocroach in our bathroom that climbed up my leg. The mirror and the sink looked very smudged, and the toilet still smelled. The breakfast is very poor, cheap but I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a better breakfast (this is not inclueded in the price), I asked for it the night before and said I would ask for it when I woke up, seems like it was already done and cold by the time I got to it. The pool is well kept, there is security at night, staff assisted with renting a scooter and arranging a trycicle on departure day. The view is amazing but the beach is full of garbage, I was surprised seeing that other places in the Philippines hotel staff seem to café about the environment, here they seemed to care more to be watching TV. They should be aware that these small details would save their island and bring better tourists. It's not a crowded island whatsoever, quite the opposite. Possibly because of this they aren't very service orientated nor have much knowlege of maintaining and bettering conditions. Close to white island port, little restaurants near by, best to rent a scooter to get around.

Can't go out too far on beach too many rocks and kelp. Pool water green when first got there. They got it clear after couple days. The room very small. I liked just looking at ocean very peaceful. Also beautiful sunsets!

Beachfront, has a pool and price is reasonable, that is why I chose this place. But it for sure seen better days. This resort has lots of potential if they take time / money to upgrade it, maintain and do better cleaning. The staff were very responsive so that is a good.

Great possibilities, but cleanliness issues”
This place has the potential of being one of the best hotels in Yumbling, the premises are great, awesome seaviews in most of the rooms, garden and swimming pool. Anyways cleanliness seems a serious issue. Upon arrival we informed the service that our bathroom hadn't obviously been cleaned for days, but no measures were taken. It's a pity that such a nice place is run by staff so inefficient and poorly trained on how to sort out this issues.
