Great location but small rooms”
honestly when i booked via on line to drego hotel thought it was one that i want to stay in jl sudirman near the center city.once we knew it was wrong we decided to cancelled,but we prior to see the hotel before further action.again we felt up set when see the hotel from outside look into a "ruko" with not nice window. but that feeling was litte gone when i went in side to the lobby hotel with a nice smiling nice door man and warm receptionist.more than that a great and nice lobby and beautiful interior combaine with a nice "bumbu desa restaurant" pass thru the lobby.but we still have not comfort yet till see how was the room look like.nicely they ask room boy to company us see the room.surprised ! the lift clean, the carpet to go to each room so fantastic like class 4 hotel and finally the room small but it suitable and comfortable.than no doubt i spend my stay for 3 night with no complain at all.

+ fast check-in +fast Internet +comfortable bed - the hotel transport supposed to pick-up us at airport but their vehicles broke down and never inform us,we took airport transport to the hotel. - on the first day, hotel reception promise us that we can check out on the the last day at 1pm,however at the last day the reception inform us that we have to check out at 12pm, if we late check out then they will charge us a day price. - be carefull when booking standard room, the room came without windows, on agoda never stated that the room no windows.

Comfy but a bit dark”
The check in was fast, the room and lift are electronically accessed, so it's a little bit safer. The room isn't too big, but the bed is comfortable. No hot shower though. The room a bit dim for our taste. Located adjacent to Bumbu Desa Restaurant, so it's convenient to find a good dinner since the hotel located a bit far from city center. A perfect location for transit, short stay since it's located near to the airport.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Pekanbaru. Room very small and crowded. Air conditioning very noisy. Bathroom design very inconvenient, for example if you want to wash your hands, there is no soap near the bathtub but only liquid shampoo from dispenser in the shower area which you will spill while carrying.Frequent power shut downs. A lot of noisy customers with kids screaming the floors. Restaurant to avoid. No window in the room. Many TV channels blocked due to unpaid subscriptions. No restaurant nearby, only hospital... Hotel is still new so relatively clean.

Hotel is at good location, near to the airport. Relatively new I think with nice amenities and clean rooms. Highly recommended for business travellers or even couples as hotel is quite comfortable and pleasant to stay at.

Generally good, the room is clean, breakfast also vary, unless the bath room, I found leak toilet shower that causing the floor wet all the time. Also there's no divider between shower room and washtafel.
