First time staying at a Drury Inn/Suites and have only positive to say about this hotel. My parents are in their 80's and very picky, but loved this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and updated. Our tv didn't work, but within minutes after calling the front desk, a nice gentleman came and had it fixed within minutes, just needing new batteries. The continental breakfast was delicious, and had everything you can think of for breakfast. They even have a Happy Hour with food/cocktails in the evenings if you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The a/c in the room was almost "too cold" which is ok when temps were 100 degrees. The location is right off the interstate, which makes it very convenient. The staff at both check-in/out were wonderful, helpful and caring. I give them 5 stars and will never stay anywhere else! THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic place to stay!!”
After slumming it in crummier hotels for several nights in a row, it was wonderful to pull into the Drury Inn at Phoenix Airport for a couple of nights before our flight home! The price was great considering the clean, comfortable, spacious room, with 2 meals/day, and 3 free drinks each evening! Everyone was being very considerate in the face of COVID-19, and I felt safe staying here. The staff was very polite about my large service dog, and helped me to get the best rate when I checked in. It was too cold to enjoy the pool when we stayed, but the hot tub felt amazing. We had an early flight out on Wednesday and the FREE shuttle service was right on time to pick us up and take us to the airport. If I am in the area again, I will MOST DEFINITELY stay at the Drury Inn & Suites again!

Safest Place Outside My Own Home”
Staff policy is to go above and beyond expectations. Everyone has a caring heart to make “executive decisions” to be as helpful as possible. That tells me the company hires only the best and supports their actions to make guests safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the extra consideration for keeping every step of my stay as safe as possible. From the airport ride arrangement by Guest Services, to check in, to my exceptionally clean room, everything was perfect. Thanks! Cannot do better than this.

Great hotel--we'll be back!”
We love the Drury chain, but this hotel rises to the top! Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, and very quiet. The "happy hour" food was delicious and plentiful, and breakfast was hot with lots to choose from. The location is great--close to the freeway and the airport, but very quiet. We loved it and will be back.

Great hotel! They even had free dinner and 3 free drinks during happy hour 5-7pm, free popcorn! Room was clean and no weird smell aside from a mildew smell from the aircon. Staff was extremely friendly at check-in.

When my husband and I travel, we always choose Drury Inn. I had a medical procedure, and being able to stay at the Drury and recover made me feel so much better. Late Flight”
Booked this room for a friend that had her daughter-in-law flying in on a late flight. Was the perfect stay, no 2 hr drive home at 1am, nice sleep, good breakfast, refreshed and ready to drive back home. Perfect! The hotel even supplied an Uber for traveler to get to hotel from the airport. Great hotel, outstanding service!!

Close to PHX Airport”
We have stayed here twice in the last year, great property with shuttle to airport, they even paid for our Uber trip from the airport after hours. The only complaint, would love to have a continual running fan from the AC/Heat unit as it helps block out some of the early morning traffic noise. We love Drury Inn and have stayed in several states.

Extraordinarily Clean”
This is a little like sharing the location of your favorite hidden beach but these folks deserve to be recognized for keeping nervous travelers safe and well provided for in these difficult times. The staff is superb. (Matthew at the desk is great but everyone is really working hard to give the very best guest experience.) I recommend this inn wholeheartedly!

Friendly, helpful staff”
This Drury is very convenient to the airport and to I-10. Breakfast is really very good with lots of hot and cold choices and an excellent staff that keeps the food stocked and the area clean. Enjoyed the 5:30pm happy hour that included plenty of food. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The property is not new but well maintained. Plenty of parking. Cons: nothing major. No food options within walking distance.

A hotel that offers what all hotels shd at least offer if not more”
We came to the Drury after leaving a hotel that we were so disappointed in after checking in at ll p.m (late arrivals-flying over 5 hrs), the place was dirty and shabby. My husband and I could not take it, so we called around, Drury could take us (now it is 2 am), and they were great.
