      Very good”

      Little room with window but no view. Dark. But clean and good value. But was not feeling welcome there. Next day I stayed next door Nhu Ngoc. Room little less clean but good sun light and very nice and helpful staffs

      Extremely Hospitable”

      The guest house is located on the edge of the city center in a small and quiet side street. The rooms are clean and functional furnitured. Mine had a small balcony facing the street big enough to smoke on if you are a smoker. Right next to the guesthouse there is a small restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners of the guesthouse were extremely hospitable. They are not only helpful with the planned onward journey and information about the city as well as providing motorbikes for excursions. Futhermore they also fixed my previously broken glasses. Thanks again for that, even if it were broken again after one moth.

      Normal guest house”

      There was nothing very bad about it, not was there anything particularly good. It's clean enough as long as you don't look under or behind the bed. The restaurant next door is run by the same family and we found that very good.

      Très bon hôtel avec un emplacement parfait”

      L'emplacement imbattable jusqu'à côté de la gare de bus & les petits restos locaux. L'hôtel est assez moderne et nous avons eu une chambre très confortable avec salle de bains et de l'eau chaude, du coup services parfait. Et en plus la famille qui gère l'hôtel a été super sympa.

      ルアンナムター行きのバスを手配して後悔”

      ほとんどフロントが無人。ようやくチェックインできても、その際質問があったのですがいい加減な対応。翻訳アプリ経由ということは別にして。 ルアンナムターへのバスの手配を頼みました。路線バスもありますが、それより便利と勧められました。路線バスは06:30と07:00の2本。6時にホテルでピックアップ、10分前には迎え、ここまでは順調。しかしこの後直ぐ朝食にすると、やどから徒歩1分かからない麺屋。その後もあちこちピックアップ（客は全てベトナム人）に回り、結局ディエンビエンフーを出たのは8時頃。その後もちんたら。ルアンナムターまで100キロちょっとのウドムサイまで来た所、突然バスを乗り換えてくれ、と。が結局もうルアンナムターへのバスは無くチケットを買うので明日のバスで向かってくれと。宿の手配ももちろんこちら。こんな経験初めて。

      Cảm ơn sự phản hồi của quí khách Thang máy mới hoàn toàn chưa có bị làm sao mà quý khách bảo dởm thì mình thấy hơi nặng lời chỉ có là nó nhỏ hơn so với khách sạn lớn còn nó cực an toàn, nếu có mất điện nó cũng tự động mở cửa ở tầng gần nhất. Mình chưa thấy phòng nào lavobo bị kẹt nước cả , chỉ có núm chuyển nước từ vòi lavabo sang vòi sen nếu khách mới ở chưa biết sử dụng thì thường hay hỏi. Còn về phòng ở nếu bạn thấy thế còn dơ thì khách sạn sẽ cố gắng khắc phục hơn nữa, muỗi thì do khí hậu thời tiết đang chuyển mùa mình đã cho xịt khử muỗi toàn bộ khu vực nhà nghỉ rồi. Rất cảm ơn sự phản hồi của quí khách hẹn gặp lại và được phục vụ quý khách tốt hơn!
