Nightmare ,loud music thru nights,bad food,dirty

We were kept awake for a night as roof shattering trance music and party were going on from 8pm to 6am inspite of many calls throuout the night.We were about to go to the police about it.All tents had to be changed but were still dirty and had very little light inside.You should take this hotel off your list as it will do serious damage to your credibility with customers.

good location but poor service

Location is good, property is well maintained. Certain basic things like dental kit, shaving kit, should be complimentary. Food quality needs improvement. Service is not at all good. Very slow.

Good bed, clean. Swimming pool needs improvement.
Food, AC, TV (bar constant power cuts)
Good though not superb. Signage can still be spruced up as can the general look of the place. However food was good and staff friendly. Grounds nice for most part. SHame need to charge for the kids activities and pool table as hotel is not that cheap.

QUIET, COMFORTABLE, RELAXING
QUIET LOCATION, DECENT SPA, INTERESTING ACTIVITIES
VERY COMFORTABLE STAY AND LOCATED CLOSE TO FAMOUS DUDHSAGAR WATER FALLS WHICH IS SIMPLY AWESOME! VERY COOL CLEAN WATER AT THE FALLS WHERE ONE CAN TAKE A DIP. WORTH THE SOMEWHAT UNCOMFORTABLE DRIVE TO THE PLACE.

Great Place to go on a monsoon

Nice resort but overpriced and unhelpful staff
Tents were clean and spacious, nice bath tub and nice surroundings
The resort itself is lovely, is on a main highway so you can hear the traffic but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was the staff, once I got there, they didn't seem to want to help me with making my own plans. They offered their own services (ie. trip to the waterfalls) which was extremely overpriced. There is no rental service for bikes or scooters and no rickshaws or taxis nearby so the only way to get anywhere is through the hotel. I suggest you come to this hotel with your own transportation to save yourself a lot of money and time.
