Located in high tourist area but convenient to eve”
Motor bikes at the ready, also busses & can walk and explore many things. The main lady (don't know her name) is helpful and will book side tours for you at a good price. The 1 and only negative thing is my plane was delayed 2 hours & paid the young man 20.00 for the 1st night because wasn't sure credit card has gone through, so ended up paying an extra 20.00

Terrible Place to Stay”
The room was dirty and far from the advertised photos. No towels available for use. And the room is so outdated and dirty, the walls and floors are dilapidated. You wouldn't want to step on the floor! There were lots of cockroaches. The only good side in booking this accommodation is the proximity to everything (especially night life). If you are a meticulous traveler save yourself and look for another accommodation in the same street.

If you are only after a good location”
Facing a busy main road, this is convenient with access to many places. The staff are unprofessional, sleeping on the bench in the lobby. Looks very family run. The room I was given is nothing close to what you see on line. The room is really basic, toilet is clean though. This is for you if you need a good location and are not fussy about facilities.

Friendly staff, good location.”
It's an ok hotel, a little battered in places but it's clean and the staff are friendly. There's a mini bar in each room but no frills such as a hair dryer or shampoo. The wifi isn't great when there's a rain storm but ok the rest of the time. My room was big with a small balcony overlooking the outside theatre, quite pleasant. If it were redecorated it could be really nice. The location is very good. Just a Hem away from Bui Vien, or 10 minute walk to Ben Thanh market.

Find another place”
The hotel was completely mess. They charged me for the additional payment said that they "upgrade" mu rooms to the deluxe room or something (they charged me when I checked out which i dont know before). The air conditioner also didn't work well also. You'll hear all the noise down the street likes honk, cars's light signal etc. (i stayed on the 8th floor btw) the only good thing for this hotel is its location)

With not a lot of expense, this is what one would expect in a 3rd world country.”
Mold around bath tub/wall connection, windows don't close properly, a/c needs cleaned and tuned up to properly, light bulbs either missing or don't work, water doesn't stay hot sometimes, wakeup calls don't wake you up and staff doesn't care or worry, airport taxis don't show up when appointments were made two days early, wifi kept shutting cell phones off.

Worst place ever! ”
This place was worse than nasty, I was told to check in at 12 but the room was not ready until 2.30pm, the guy at the reception was so homophobic and attitude towards me and my friend. The room was dirty, the deluxe room which is considered as their "high range" room looked perfect on the pictures but in real life it was so nasty, the bathroom was mounded and water was not drained, the wallpaper pealed off, mounded all over the ceiling, the aircon was from 1990s style- dirty and not working, my bed cover had a big freaking burn hole on it and smelled, the towel they provided me was well-used, yellowish looking colour when it was expected to be cleaned white. The room faced directly to the street but no noice control methods, the balcony was a complete mess, rubbish's everywhere. I don't know any other hotel that would control the customer when they want to go out and come back, my friend is not even allowed to come up to see me.

You can find better place around the area.”
Very old facilities, the bed sheet, the toilet.....no safe box. Nothing impressive. Even if it's cheap price, but still not worth the money. Wi-Fi speed is terrible. I recommend spent few extra dollars and you will find much better place.

Fraud advertising ”
The hotel and pictures listed online via Agoda are beautiful and the reality of actual hotel is nothing like the pictures. Very old , ugly and dirty. Molded sink. Broken down facility. But it's in good location but not worth the money
