Hands down the best stay! AJ checked me in and I was originally in a room near the vending/ ice machine, which normally wouldn't be a concern, but I was here for a Tough Mudder and needed uninterrupted rest and was concerned that being so be so close to what can at times be a noisy part of the hotel might wake me up and ask AJ to move me and he was happy to accommodate. He made the trip so pleasant and relaxing. Thank you AJ!

When we walked into our room, and checked out the bathroom, we noticed there was a shower stall but no bathtub. My husband, who knows how much I enjoy my daily soak in the bathtub, said this won't do. So he went back to the front desk, and told the person working that it was my birthday weekend and that I really enjoyed taking a bath. She switched us to another room with the bathtub. She asked if everything else was to our liking and could she send anything up for us. When we checked out the next day, the person working at that time (different than day before) was just as friendly and efficient.

We had a great time from arriving a bit earlier to check-in - In which Claire and Jada happily assisted in accommodating us. The ladies arranged a room for us with no extra fee and we were able to get some much-needed rest. The hotel has a beautiful park which the children loved as well as a breath-taking lobby. The room service was superb, great friendly staff in the amenities area. Pool /Fitness area was quiet and very clean. Truly enjoyed our stay.
