Great accessibility and service”
<Service> We received great services from all the staff working in front desk, restaurant, cleaning service, bar, etc. Everyone was so friendly and always smiled. We asked to book bus tickets from Phnom to Siem Reap because we are outsider and didn’t really know about bus companies, and they seek for the best way for us to get there safely and fastly. Actually there was no many seats available at that time, but the smart guy of the front desk found an alternative; a mini van. <quick response> I asked them about pick-up service via Agoda messanger and they gave me quick response. <Good accessibility and location> It’s close to the airport and good to go to popular places like river, temple, and markets. We enjoyed it a lot. <facilities> It has a swimming pool, sauna, spa and gym. It was so clean that we didn’t find any bugs here. And customers staying in this hotel can get 20 percent of discounts when using masaage.

Five Star Experience”
Our stay was a five star experience and great value for money. We could not fault the hotel or staff. All the staff from reception to the rooftop bar to restaurant were helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The location was also excellent with many bars and restaurants close by. We only had the buffet breakfast, there was plenty of choice with both Asian and Western food. The rooftop bar served very good cocktails at reasonable prices. Our room was perfect, large, bright with a huge double bed and reasonable size balcony. The bathroom was big and bright with a bath tub and separate shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Chosen this hotel based on recommendation from business associate. Pleasantly surprised with the hotel's cleanliness, staff efficiency & warmth, well-maintained facilities and super speed wifi. Only 2 feedback for improvements: 1. Breakfast menu need more variety & local options. I was there for 6 days and only 1 or 2 dishes changed daily. The rest were the same for 5 days. Also please add more local food options. Visitors want to try local/ Cambodian food but afraid of the hygiene of street food. Wouldn't it be nice to have a hotel standard local food breakfast? :) 2. My low height hotel room window was facing the carpark. :( But this is a minor inconvenience as I was there for business anyway and spent very little time in the hotel room in the daytime (sleeping and shower only).

Best hotel in town ”
This hotel is located in a popular area, we walked to lots of things. The staff were absolutely fantastic and did everything they could to make our stay perfect! The one that stands out is a receptionist that went out of her way to help me sort out the transportation for the next leg of our trip. The breakfast was included and was perfect! It had everything from local food to western food! We did have a disappointing massage but other than that everything was GREAT! Thank you so much Duong Chan staff 🤩

Almost brand new hotel…”
My wife and I enjoyed this very new and very clean hotel. Bathroom felt like an en-suite bathroom from a beautiful home, very large. Room felt like a master Bedroom as well. Loved both the shower and the tub. Extremely romantic city views to enjoy outside drinks and dining from the sky bar. We didn’t get to enjoy the top deck pool but we sat by it and relaxed one day. Breakfast had a good variety and even changed it up every day we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Central hotel”
This hotel was in a good position to reach the main sites of the city. The room was comfortable though lacked storage space with no drawers, only one shelf and just 4 hangers. The roof top bar gave stunning views of the city and was a great place to watch the sunset

Fantastic ”
I chose this hotel as it was in a good location. I didn’t realise it was also only 9 months old. The rooms were a good size, and like any modern hotel well appointed, very clean and comfy bed. The price was very reasonable. What made it stand out was 1. The gorgeous roof top bar with 30% off cocktails in happy hour. It’s just above the pool which was also lovely. 2. The staff who went above and beyond with recommendations for restaurants and onward bookings to continue our journey. They were wonderful and a credit to the hotel. 3. The delicious breakfast that was included. Really good choice of hot food and western and Asian breakfast. If I came back to Phnom Penh I would definitely stay here. I’d also recommend friends to stay here.

The place to stay in Phnom Penh!”
Clean, new and very well appointed hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool, friendly and very helpful staff, great gym and super comfy beds. I'd recommend the cheapest room if you are arriving late and leaving early because it only has a a view of the adjacent building. If you're staying any longer I'd suggest paying a little extra for an upgrade as you'll get a view and more light. We ended up staying about a week in 3 different room types! My only criticism is that the coffee at breakfast is average (pretty weak for my taste), Also, the blinds in the premier rooms let a lot of light in. otherwise I can't fault it. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. would definitely recommend!

The reception Noun is so helpful. His English was exceptional. They upgraded us to a bigger room as we have extra Guest. We just have to pay for the extra bed. The room was extremely comfortable and clean.

We want to thank the Management and Staff of the Duong Chan Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. We really liked this hotel — new this year. Tucked away in a side street, it was wonderful — clean, modern and spacious. Our washroom was like being in a new home in Canada — even the towels were top notch! Location was close to a variety of good little restaurants, a short walk to the Independence monument. We love walking, so we even walked to the riverfront (otherwise a quick cheap PassApp away). The breakfast on the top floor overlooking the city was nice. Rooftop pool was nice, though not huge, was enjoyable and clean. We stayed for 3 days upon arrival in Phnom Penh from Canada. After a week on the coast, we wanted to return to the Duong Chan Hotel. Again, staff were so very good and helpful. We would stay here again.

What a gem”
First time in the country and was amazed with this place. Staff are helpful and delightful. The gym and sauna was a dream. Had the best massage ever. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Well done guys and thanks for a magical stay.

An amazing hotel ”
I stayed at the hotel for three nights and I can say it's one of the best hotel in Cambodia From the first time i checked in I was surrounded by the most friendly staff i've ever met. The Room was very big and clean as well with a huge comfortable bed . Toilet is big and comes with overhead shower and bathtub. Only downside is water pressure of shower is not good and hand bidet pressure is super low. With this exception everything else is good. Come stay here”
Where do I start? Fro mother moment we pulled up there was a guard to help us park out vehicle, checking in was smooth and the natural welcome drink was refreshing. The room, BRAND NEW, and very comfortable…to the bed and taste of the room it was well thought out. I love the HOT shower and COLD a/c that worked wonderfully in-line at many other nice hotels in the city. The staff from the front desk, to the cleaners, restaurant, roof top staff, and reservations very very accommodating and helping. We are also very thankful for their giving us a free room upgrade and decorating our room for our anniversary. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. We loved our 4 night stay here and will return. Thank you Duong Chan Hotel for a great relaxing time. Come check this place out.

Clean and Roomy”
Stayed 1night. The room was clean and big with a very good price. However, the soundproofing wasn't very good. During the night, I could hear next doors opening and closing their doors. Most of the buffet breakfast were not served warm. The hot shower was not very hot, but acceptable. I would still recommend this hotel to my friends. The bed was super comfy. I did had a good night stay.

Nice hotel in great location”
The hotel is very nice and clean with friendly staff but its biggest asset is location. I found this area to be phenomenal to explore the local hip restaurants, walk to the central market, and just use as a hub. Breakfast and pool on the terrace is very nice.

Beautiful lobby is an oasis of peace after big city traffic. Hotel is convenient located for sight seeing and shopping. Room equipped with water kettle/ hair dryer/ bath robes plus slippers. Nice and clean. Excellent matrass. Spacious bathroom. Daily cleaning service. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Communication can be challenging. You'll with a little patience. Roof top bar and restaurant with breathtaking view, We had a real memorable fine dining Christmas dinner and would like to thank everybody @ Duong Chan Hotel to make our stay such a pleasant experience. Excellent Hotel for a low price ”
This hotel was a surprise. It is in the heart of the BKK district - easily accessible to everything you need. The hotel looks very new and everything is extremely clean. Service is excellent and their top floor restaurant is excellent at extremely low prices. They provide a more western selection of choices. The pool is beautiful and clean with views of the city. Their gym is fully equipped and very clean as well. I have had no issues with a very surprisingly pleasant stay at an extremely low price.
