Can still improve
Everything was good except that the room I got has no cable TV, no WIFI and the balcony was not clean. To think that I paid 1,500 pesos. They didn't have any more room available they said, but I doubt that because I didn't see too many guests that day.

All form but no substance
If you are willing to pay for thee landscaping then this is an OK hotel for you: creative and relaxing landscape all around. Unfortunately situated right under the regional electrical wires cables which make it a huge hazard to walk around when raining or in a thunderstorm (which is why hotel was required to warn residents about such life-and-death hazard on several huge signs located on the grounds). TV and wifi do not work... staff is not qualified to fix either, their apparent willingness to do so notwithstanding (they go through the motions of trying to fix them knowing they are incapable of doing so ... as if several past reviews of this hotel did not already warn hotel management of their non-working status). Huge number of insect eggs under the bed... Air con worked fine. Breakfast is Ok although stingily counting each egg and sausage as if they are counting jewelry (food is strictly rationed one egg and sausage each guest... no seconds allowed... as if the hotel was full of guests and they had only enough for all of them in spite of the large number of empty seats and left over food... only two tables occupied). Pool was fine... My son's room did not have a working toilet as well as the perennially non-working TV and wifi, but to its credit staff gave him another, bigger room with a working toilet but non-working TV and wifi (more than half of thee hotel looked empty even on Good Friday... I wonder why?) Guests should not have to ask for another room, they come to relax not have to move from room to room... Apparently hotel management doesn't care to improve the facilities based on prior reviews so I do not expect it to take my review seriously either. Originally I got excited by the nice landscaping and would have stayed additional days but after seeing the room, the non-working TV and wifi and the lack of food or restaurant on the premises (in spite of the ad advertising it as including a restaurant, it does not have one) I changed my mind. Ample parkin

Not worth the money, staff very helpful
Pros: Good wifi, AC worked good , pool was nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: The cable box for the TV didn't work, which was a shame , we just wanted to relax casue we were sick. They offered DVDs instead, that didn't work either and they only had one DVD. The bathroom was very dirty, there was black hairs in the shower and the shower head was clogged. The whole bathroom flooded when I took a shower because it wouldn't drain at all, needed to be cleaned. The balcony had old cigarettes on it and was very dirty. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and you can't walk to one, you have to take a trike because the hotel is located pretty far from the town. They don't even have drinks or snacks. The breakfast is COLD and you get one egg, rice and one sausage. I don't eat sausages so we asked for an extra egg instead and were told no. It was pretty hard to get around because of the location of the hotel. Everyone else that stayed there seemed to have a car. We had to get a trike to go anywhere. I would not stay here again.

A very bad experience
One of my worst experiences in accommodation. I highly recommend everyone to not even have it as an option. Their CR was broken , Water heater was not working, Very bad staffs attitude and their breakfast is 1 hotdog per head with rice. For an extra hotdog they charged me P180 Their swimming pool was good and my child enjoyed swimming there. However they have strict terms which swimming pool is only open from 1pm to 5pm!!!

Rooms are clean. However, if you are not used to with the location , you will not be able to locate it. Swimming pool needs a constant cleaning. But facility, staffs and the owner are SUPERB!

Beautiful place, but poorly organized
This is a beautiful place with design in oriental and maritime style, decorations are fine art. Furniture is good quality but who ever designed the dinning tables needs to go back to school. There is a shelf in all tables that prevents you from putting your legs underneath the table. Very uncomfortable. I wish the owner and manager would try to eat a meal in their own restaurant. The execution of this facility is poorly organized. The staff is not volunteering much information about the restaurant, about the WiFi, the TV or anything else. Breakfast is poor and lacks choice, no tea, no fruit, only instant coffee. But it is included in the room price. Yes, it would be daring to ask guests to pay for it. Upon arrival after a long day in the bus, I really looked forward to a good dinner. Menu offered good choices, but ......no chef, restaurant closed, on a Saturday evening! And I had to go into town with a tricycle to find dinner...and drinking water. I received the suggestion to order my dinner choice in the morning so they could serve me that at dinner time on Sunday. There is not enough Wi-Fi signal in the room and the only place I could work (I had counted on working all Sunday) and receive enough internet signal was above the reception in a non-aircon hallway. TV in room did not work. There were no coat hangers, no place to hang clothes, no safe deposit box, no complementary drinking water and the bugs (probably from the rotan chair and not bed bugs) found me quickly. I left after two nights with plenty of bug bites and that was not mosquito's. The water in the two small swimming pools did not invite me to swim although there was plenty of use. Water was murky. Such a beautiful place totally unsuitable to host guests comfortably.

Clean environment, cheap rooms, though room and toilet were a bit dirty when we came, room size is too small as well

A perfect stay. Staff is one of the best.
Thes staff is one of the best I have ever encountered. The owner is friendly and helpful. This is one of the best stays I have ever had. Food is good. Drinks are good. Very nice swimming pool.
I cannot complain about anything. The staff was the best ever. Rooms are new and perfect. We will be returning to Dureme next year. Food is excellent. Nice bar area. Everyone on the staff was friendly and very helpful. Perfect romantic getaway.
