My friend and I had the pleasure of staying here for 7 days and it exceeded our expectations! We loved the hotel interior, our room was well-furnished, clean, huge and spacious. Hotel service was excellent. Every hotel personnel we communicated with were professional, helpful and friendly, from reception to the concierge, as well as housekeeping. I threw my old earring in our room's trash bin before heading out for the day. When we came back, I found it nicely placed on the snack bar area assumably picked up by the housekeeper who must've thought it may have dropped into the full bin by mistake. The diligent and meticulous cleaning was very much appreciated.

I chose Dusit Thani or other hotels while travelling because of four main factors: 1. Location: it is right at the center of Dubai downtown (you would walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa/ Future of Museum...) in just around ten minutes. Since it unique location, you would go well to others farer spots like Dubai Outlet Mall or Burj AL Arab also in quite resonable travel time. So on, it would save you more money for transportation. 2. Facilites: I booked the 2 bdr Apartment and it was really spacious for our needs with One Master bdr with inroom bath/shower room. The second bdr is smaller but with two single bed, it is still very convenient. Moreover, you would be so comfortable with large living room and full equipped kitchen. - The hotel was nice and special decoration with full facilities including 24/7 western restaurant in the ground floor + Gym/ Pool (a bit small compare to the size of hotel), Barber or Beauty salon... 3. Quality: the outstanding point for this hotel is the breafast buffet including the variety of food (Asian, Western and Arabic) + The view of the restaurant + The service. 4. Service: The service was really getting my thumps up! - Firstly, the check in was already the amazed welcome feeling as even I checked in early at 6:30 (normally checkin time would be 14:00), but the receptionist names Mahmood was kindly offering me the very early check in. - Secondly, I had a serious situation while forgetting my phone in taxi (with the credit cards). Fortunately, the belldoor names Addy was very helpful and help me to calm down to find the right solution. Beside, the security manager names Mustafa also involved to help me finding the phone back from the taxi company (by collecting info from me, checking CCTV, contacting Taxi company). Kudos! - Thirdly, the last but not least, staffs from the breakfast buffet including Roche, Nanashya, Gurung and Sarah. The waitress names Natashya had invited me the nice donut with the sentence "We will miss you"

The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, room service was excellent, the shuttle bus service was very helpful, and the gym was well-maintained. While the guest crowd can be a bit overwhelming, opting for an earlier breakfast slot made it manageable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Variety of breakfast buffet choices and great services! They have free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall too! Just need to walk 10 minutes from metro station to the hotel
