This was a birthday present for my wife, who has been stranded in Cairo with her mother since the pandemic closed the world. She had a great time, and treated her mom to Thai food, which they both loved.

The staffs are very accommodating it's just some little things like the the venue for parties or weddings is near the room of other people who can hear the very very loud music till midnight, the hallways going to the room are not well lighted, food and spa is very expensive, the room needs a little more cleaning specially the sheets, one of my pillow case smell like a perfume of someone who lay down on the bed.. But the overall experience is good..

Ideal for new cairo”
Have stayed multiple times over last 3 years and I do have to say that the property is losing its charm. It no longer gives u the right value for the money charged. Having said that, the place is conveniently located incase u have work in and around New Cairo. Rooms are large sized and pretty well maintained. Breakfast spread is also pretty decent. Would probably rate it 7 out of 10.

I really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very polite , helpful and especial thanks to Ayman, jaafar from Reception. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Room is spacious and clean. The location is nearby Airport in New CAIRO with close proximity to Mall, restaurants and shopping areas. I will always choose Dusit Thani Lakeview for my stay in Egypt.

Staying at Dusit Thani was a diffrent experience as i wanted to clebrate with my wife our first anniversary. A year ago i reserved with agoda all my honeymoon trip and it was amazing, Agod staff are more than perfect so thats why i was encouraged to reserve again through them. Dusit Thani Cairo has diffrent styles from other hotels in Cairo and i recommend if people likes a calm and quite place they go to Dusit Thani Cairo.

I spent two nights but was disappointed at the front office staff who were more rigid than helpful ”
I booked a room for my colleague and she wanted to cancel one night of the two but the Front Office staff on duty 26th night said we must go online. We did and there was no way to modify the booking. She contacted Agoda and a mail was sent to the Hotel but they refused to act on it and came up with all excuses. Suffice it to say they insisted on me paying for the two nights upfront and that was very sad because they claimed Agoda said my booking was non refundable but that was not true. I was pushed to pay for two nights which wasn't necessary. Personally disappointed at the intrigues by the hotel
