Stayed one night last weekend. Arrived and was quickly, kindly, and seamlessly checked-in. Hotel easy to find with Google Maps riding my bike. Management efficiently checked for any special needs I might have and I was kindly escorted with my bags carried for me to my room by a kind Concierge. Room big spacious and airy with a nice view of the pool and some view of the ocean (see photos). The quality of this fairly new DusitD2 was up to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and soft. Bathroom spacious and the shower with a seat was a nice touch. Nice toiletries and soft thick towels. Breakfast was tasty with a reasonable selection. Staff were efficient and kind. I was given my eggs exactly the way I asked for, and piping hot from the kitchen. The pool was nice, good size and very clean, with comfortable shaded lounges. Parking was easy and close to my room. There's a small gym, and a nice looking Spa. Cable TV too. I won't hesitate to stay again on my next Krabi visit.

The location was just nice, 5-8 mins walk to Ao Nang Beach. Along the walk you will find Mcdonald's, Starbucks, 7-11, Family Mart and restaurants/bars. The room was so spacious, comfotable and clean. Staffs are friendly and they can speak Mandarin / English / Bahasa Malaysia. Big thumbs for their big smile. Breakfast was awesome! In house SPA was incredible at reasonable price. 5/5.

From the moment we entered the resort we were greeted with friendly smiles from all of the staff and those smiles remained throughout our stay. All of the staff were so wonderful, but I would personally want to thank Yupa, for her exceptional attention to our needs. Such a warm, kind, and professional person who went above and beyond to make our holiday so exceptional and easily and kindly helped with some traveling challenges not related to the resort. quality at a great price”
Dusit D2 is a great option for reasonably priced Thai hotel chain service. I've stayed with Dusit many times both parent Dusit and D2 , and these chains are always quality for money. The poolside facing rooms are the best in my opinion. Breakfast is decent and for the price great quality. The location of the hotel is central to the beach and most dinner options. Parking is easy and close to rooms for either bikes (I've done some big-bike trips to Krabi from Phuket) or for your car.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location”
Due to the current global environment, tourism in Krabi is very low. We got a great deal on the room at dusitD2. The room was small but very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were fantastic. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent. Probably one of the nicer hotels in Ao Nang, and look forward to returning.

Very Good Hotel in an Nice location”
The room was great. Modern, spacious and comfortable. Big shower, too. The hotel's location is good, too. Less than a ten minute walk to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants in the area, plus two 7-Elevens within a minute of the lobby (always a good thing!)

Great location, balcony was great addition!”
The hotel is located at the heart of Ao Nang where many establishments operate. Trust me, you won't have a boring stay here! I think the balcony was a great addition even though there is no view to speak of, you can dry your clothes there or eat your takeaway. The hotel staff were very helpful with my concerns. There is also a tour agency operating just beside the reception, you can talk to them if you want to arrange join-in or private tours or have a transport shuttle take you to the airport.

I traveled to this hotel with family after COVID19. The hotel just opened 2 days before. The staff still not a lot but they tried to service us. I got upgraded room to Family room with no extra charge. Very comfy bed and nice swimming pool for child. The breakfast is variety and yummy. I recommended this hotel.

Great location, near to everything. Staff especially the reception is very helpful. 7-11 is just in front or side. Food is just everywhere. Awesome view from the room. Rate is very reasonable and greater variety of breakfast compared with other hotels with the same price range.

Smart hotel in a great location”
New hotel, lovely rooms and grounds. Staff very curious and helpful but the only caveat is that if you stay in blocks 5 or 6 there is lots of steps up to them if you don't use the in-house shuttle, just be mindful if mobility is an issue. Overall fantastic place.

This hotel is very new and we enjoyed our stay there. It is within walking distance to the beach and the main street where there is plentiful of shopping and eateries. It is also located quite centrally and provides convenient access to all of Krabi’s main attractions. Highly recommended.
