close to station
close to Hagashi shinguku station. A1 exit and turn right,the hotel is only 3 steps far. The down side is the room is too small compare to many other hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed. Staff are friendly. They have Chinese staff can speak to customers who can only speak mandarin. Before i choose this hotel, I read about others reviews on this hotel. I read some complaint about staff are lake on speaking English. We had this trouble once when my husband(Colombian) tried to explain something about cleaning our room, the staff that attend to us was a guy that couldn't understand him then sooner he asked me(Taiwanese) if I can speak mandarin and then there was no problem with language at all. For those who complaint about staff can not communicate in English, please ask for another staff who can assist with English.

A very good location, just right next to the metro station. Rooms are small as expected but tidy. Staff are friendly and efficient. Will stay in E hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo. :)

Good location
The hotel is very close to the station but not so convenient if bringing large luggage because there is no elevator. Only stairs. Front desk staffs are great. Speak English fluently. But the cleaning staffs are disappointing.
