Easy access for elderly people”
This is my take for this new hotel. It is a bit out of the way from the main pekan, but easy to spot. The hotel is near multiple kedai runcit, and Mamak restaurant (walking distance). For check-in was a breeze, depo of RM50 per room you book. The hotel has built a ramp outside the entrance and inside towards the lif (albeit the angle a bit a tad high). If I am wrong, sorry for the mistakes as I am not a wheelchair bound person. The room is just a tad small that normal hotel room but you can easily pray in the room no problem. You can ask for iron from the front desk and refill your drinks via water dispenser outside the room. The water pressure is noice, hot and cold. So does the air-conditioning system. My downside is when it's night time but you can hear other neighbouring room's voice seeps into your room. Their cackle is greatly amplifies as the hallway is a closely tight box where sound bounce of the wall constantly. Other than that, all is good. Also, it super near a Mosque (a must requirement for our family)

Super noisy”
Super basic room and very dirty floor. The worst part is noisy from outside road can hear clearly especially motorbike, will not come back again

Everything is okay, parking is just beside the main road before traffic light junction. Room not really big but clean and new unit one. No big table, got complete toiletries except soap, slipper, laundry plastic bag. Smart TV! Wifi very great. Aircond as well. But water heater sometimes works sometimes didnt. But water pressure good. I got job at Infineon for whole week, nice stay.

When step on the floor feel like the floor is dusty and not clean. No floor mat provided. Although I booked 2 persons room but everything is prepared only 1 set in the room. Toilet paper is not provided as well. Everything need to request to the staff then only they will provided. Soundproof of the room is not that good as well. However, the TV and air con are very good.
