Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved everything except the room was very small like some business hotels in Japan. But overall I was pretty happy with it. Great location

Good Location and friendly staff”
We stayed at E7 from 7-9 December. The hotel is very near to Dongmyo station exit 3 (blue line), exit 4 (brown line). Airport bus was also nearby. Staffs were friendly especially Jimmy. He helped us to book a taxi on 3 occasions and he always made an effort to send us out to our taxi despite the cold weather.

The location was great. It was very convenient and the staffs were very kind and helpful. Only downside of staying there was that the mattress was a bit too hard to sleep but otherwise it was a great place to say for that price.

The place is great, clean. There's no bar or entertainment spot within but it is of great value. It's not situated in a high end district or business district.

Stayed here for 3 days - and it was excellent experience. Located 5 minutes away from Dongmyo Statio (1 station after Dongdaemun St.), and the staff is very helpful, and friendly and i love the view at night from my room at the 15th floor. totally recommended to all!

Great front desk services. Able to speak English and Mandarin well. Friendly and helpful on assisting us. Room overall ok with heating floor for winter season. Just a little narrow as expected. Great ambient and scent around the hotel area. Walking distance to subway station (dongmyo). It would be perfect if breakfast is served!

A good choice for a short stay”
The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many eating places nearby too. It was convenient to get to places too. This is like a no-frills hotel so what you get is pretty basic, but sufficient.

Easy access to city center and many cultural sites in favorable price. Enjoyable places nearby such as Dongmyo, Dongdaemun markets and palaces could be found easily with subway trains and local buses. My wife satisfied our staying. The room is rather small though.

Great Location. Small Space.”
Very good location. Steps away from the Metro and Bus Station. There are 2 convenience store nearby, where you can buy breakfast and heat them in microwave in the hotel lobby. There is big Daiso nearby. Comfortable beds but very small space, not ideal for families. There is also small space to fit in the luggage. Aside from the small space, overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

I spend my first night in Seoul in this place – very clean and a friendly staff. This well-organized place has mostly the price going for it. Sadly, the charms of a converted residential building with its thin walls, fluorescent prison lighting and outright hideous corridors and hallways leaves much to be desired. E7 is a place for the functional-minded.

first time in Seoul ”
was in a great place, staff where very friendly and helpful. rooms are small but can fit couple of suitcases. the heated floor would be good in the colder months, shower had plenty of pressure. its a good place if u are only staying a few days. on Sundays there is a huge market outside of hotel which goes for miles. If i had to pick on anything would be had to pay for movie channels which is a very miner thing

Like: The room is lovely. The room size is ok for two people. The hotel is close to Dongmyo station and there is GS25 next to the hotel. Dislike: The pillow is too dense and too high. I woke up with my neck's hurt. I had to use my cloths as a pillow in the next day. The room was not clean in the next morning. They only changed towels. The floor still had a lot of dust.

Fair price but too noisy”
Room is clean and space good enough for us, warm and easy access. However, there is too noisy from morning 5pm. The room sound-proof is bad, upstairs and next room footsteps can be heard. Close to subway station, daiso at the opposite, many restaurants around. Hotel staffs can speak simple English but don’t expect they can help.
