I just booked this hotel to take some rest only because I had to drive the car 5 hours a day during the holiday. I did not expect about the quality on this hotel but when I arrived here I changed mind. Its good location, reasonable price, interior, breakfast,, I enjoyed everything.

We are 3 months into a 4 month cycle tour. This is the most we have paid for a hotel. The room was very good as you would expect at this price point. We booked this hotel as we thought we would get a buffet breakfast. As cyclists we need a full breakfast to get us through to get us through to lunchtime. On check-in we were told that there was a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately when we went to breakfast there was disappointingly no buffet and only eggs or noddle soup. We were told that there was insufficient guest for the hotel to do the buffet even though the breakfast room was full of people!! This was a poor excuse and unacceptable considering the price that they changed us. As a result we were very disappointed and had to make a mid morning food stop.

The facilities is fine, almost new. But the services are awful. Especially the restaurant in morning, too awful to have breakfast. The start time is 6am, but they didn't prepare anything. IT IS NOT BUFFET! on the Noisy weekend, they prepare the buffet, but if some dish were finished they never fill another. I never recommend this hotel to stay and never come again.

この辺りには他にもホテルがあるので、このホテルを選ばないことをお勧めしたい。 ・フロントは英語がほぼ通じないため、意思疎通が難しい。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したがシャワーのみの部屋だったため、部屋の移動をお願いしたところ、満室でできないと言われたが、実際はほぼ宿泊客がいなかった。料金が異なるので再三お願いし、やっと移動できた。 ・夕食に出たが忘れ物を取りに戻ったところ、部屋にスタッフがおり、水は要るかと聞かれた。ナイトターンに入ったのかと思ったが、タオルやベット周りなど何も変化はなかったため、不信感が増した。その後は少しの外出でもすべてスーツケースにしまい施錠するようにしていた。 ・６時から開始の朝食には麺しか提供されておらず、７時半過ぎにやっとフルーツ２種が登場した。 宿泊者数が少なかったためとの理由で、朝食は麺とフルーツ2種、コーヒー、お茶のみ。 週末は宿泊客が増えて品数も多くなったが、たばこを吸う方々がいても注意してもらえなかった。

Mình dừng chân nghỉ một đêm tại KS vào ngày mùng 2 Tết trong chuyến hành trình du lịch vào miền trung năm 2023 Một số nhận xét qua một đêm nghỉ: Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận lợi, đường xá rộng rãi và có nhiều dịch vụ Ăn uống xung quanh. Phòng rộng rãi , đủ tiện nghi nhưng đã cũ so với time Bữa sáng đơn giản Có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô Cách khu trung tâm hành chính khoảng 1km View bình thường do ks chủ yếu phục vụ khách công tác, nghỉ chân Do chỉ nghỉ tạm qua đêm nên mình đánh giá là OK Giá phòng family vào ngày Tết là 1,6 triệu- giá không phải là rẻ nhưng chập nhận được vì là ngày Tết Phù hợp cho việc nghỉ chân cho mục đích du lịch LP

Mình chỉ gặp 1 chút vấn đề lúc ăn sáng do nhân viên chắc bị khó ở nên dù khách đang ngồi ăn nhưng kê bàn kê ghế thu dọn bát đĩa rất mạnh tay, vừa ồn ào vừa khó chịu. Còn lại mọi thứ đều ổn, phòng đẹp, nhiều ánh sáng, đồ dùng trong phòng thân thiện và đầy đủ. Vị trí tốt.
