The Ease Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to shout about the facilities in the hotel. Breakfast was so so only. The room was basic. I think it could be better facilities and room to live up to the expectation of 4 stars hotel.

For the first time I encountered such a hotel, when I booked online, it showed 85 USD per night. When I paid offline, the hotel converted it into Kyat according to its own exchange rate, rather than the real-time exchange rate, which it would not tell you, so I was charged 104 USD per night. Highly not recommended!!
