OMG, hell, how did I land there, big mistake, noisy and unfriendly owner, no staff at lobby, no internet connection in the room, no TV channel, no food at morning breakfast, for one week I was the only guest in this 30 rooms hotel, so we are just expecting it to close sooner or later, sooner will be better

The staff was very rude, totally unhelpful and tried to rip us off e.g. by renting bikes at 3 times the price in town. Hotel fornitures are extremely tacky and overall stay unpleasent. A lot of noise during the night from the other guests and one of the staff even entered the room at 6am by mistake.

Great hotel but...”

Great stay in general. If you re looking for a clean and comfort hotel in a quiet area that's the place to go cause it's not right in the center but you can easily get there by cab or by bike. However, if you want to rent a bike, better not to rent it via the hotel because one of ours broke down after 2-3 kilometers and so after taking some time to try to get it fixed (but not possible cause no one really speaks English), eating something and heading back in the heat walking with our bikes to the hotel, we asked our money back for the bike rent for that afternoon that was lost and they basically accused us of purposely breaking the bike ourselves and that it was all our fault. They acted so unprofessionally on that matter. But i guess that's our mistake not to check the bike before leaving the hotel. Advice: in Myanmar always check the stuff before renting those cause once you paid, you paid. That's what we learned from that hotel.

Constant running water”

With the constant running water from the shower it was hard to sleep at night. Location is at the edge of town but easy bus access to Mandalay Hill and the palace. Breakfast minimal.

Nice little hotel in mandalay ”

This is a good budget option in mandalay. We booked one night but extended it to 3. The staff went out of their way especially the two young boys who work the night shift - they made us laugh and arranged for some candles on my birthday which was nice. The rooms are relatively small but big enough to feel comfortable and clean with a fridge, snacks, tv and good working air con. The wifi was patchy but it's the same everywhere in myanmar. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The room was horrible. The sheets were clearly not changed for a very long time. When we moved the blanket, there was a shower cap someone left on the bed. We went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night when the bed just broke. The location is OK, but not central. The lobby is very fancy so we had high expectations, but the room was just a disaster, I was very eager to escape this place in the morning. I don't understand how they can smile at me and then let me sleep in this gross bedroom and lame bathroom. Every guest house these days offers much cleaner rooms for the same price and cheaper. Don't bother!

Notre séjour c'est déroulé sans encombre. Bien que nous sommes arrivés à 5 h du matin, l'hotelier nous a ouvert une chambre dès 8 h une fois la douche réparée (pas d'eau chaude) nous n'avons eu aucun problème. cependant l'hôtel est situé assez loin du Centre, les vélos sont indispensables pour se déplacer, mais il y un parking.

Zimmer ok, Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig”

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte dort. Die Lage ist günstig für den Palast und den Mandalay Hill. Alles Andere ist nur schlecht zu Fuß erreichbar. Beim Frühstück erlebten wir mehrere Mängel: mal gab es keinen Tee (2 Tage), mal keinen Toast (anderes Brot sowieso nicht), die Spiegeleier waren immer kalt, die Marmeladen- und Margarinenportionen sehr klein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber inkompetent oder vielleicht freundlicher ausgedrückt: hilflos. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad ok.

L'hotel è posizionato un po' lontano dal centro, ma vicino a tutto ciò che ci interessava vedere... in pratica quello che c'è da vedere qui a Mandalay. Palazzo del Re, Il librop più grande del mondo... Proprietari talmente gentili che per farci risparmiare soldi e quindi non farci prendere il taxi, ci hanno fatto saltare l'escursione ad Amarapura (ma è stato un inconveniente, sono stati perdonati)...

ห้องที่ได้อัพเกรดดีมาก แต่น้ำที่ใช้อาบช่วงกลางคืนร้อนเกินไป ปรับอุณหภูมิน้ำไม่ได้ และช่วงเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล พนักงานพยายามแก้ไขแล้วแต่ไม่ทันเวลาที่ต้องเดินทาง พองมา check-out ก็เสนอให้ไปอาบห้องอื่น แต่ไม่สามารถอาบได้ โดยรวมดี สะอาด แต่การแก้ไขปัญหาล่าช้าเกินไป

Čisté pokoje, blízko na památky, ale daleko do centra. Přímo před hotelem zastaví ráno autobus do Amarapury (na mávnutí recepční) Jinak personál nebyl moc ochotný.
