Exceptional service that no other hotel can do”
Pros: Every team member of the hotel will ensure that our stay there perfect. Clean toilet, room, hallway, elevators and even parking. I bet no other hotel can do like eastin do. 10 out of 10. Cons (not hotel-wise): be very patient with the traffic congestion outside the hotel especially during peak hours. Suggested to take MRT or ride sharing.

The TV screen resolution was very bad, with grainy and blurry images on all TV channels. For an executive deluxe room, I expected better.

This was our second stay and we were happy to see the hotel has been well maintained. We had a lovely room with a nice view on the 15th floor. Jennifer who checked us in and out swiftly and effortlessly was always polite, cheerful and quick to assist us with regard to our queries and personally attended at our room when we had a problem with the safe. The location of the hotel at Petaling Jaya is great as it is not in a crowded area but right next to the train station with access to practically anywhere else in Kuala Lumpur, without having to get stuck in a jam at peak periods if driving. The staff at the hotel was always polite, courteous and smiling. Lovely hotel. Will definitely return.

Comfy bed attentive staff”
Glad hotel doesnt allow smoking indoors anymore. Yea!!! Room nice but quilt cover was stained immediately was replaced once informed. Bathroom clean but had a musty smell. May be the ceiling boards. Restaurant food delicious.
Overall are nice but only the location is slightly out of the hot spot area of KL. Anyway, grab cars are easier nowadays and Mrt station only 5 min walk away. Will strongly recommend who looking for 5 star hotel with the best rate. One more thing to highlight is the breakfast that really make your day, the varieties and the quality of foods damn nice.

Great value for a business hotel”
Was there for a business trip in PJ. You’ll probably still have to use Grab/taxi since it’s not immediately near an MRT station, but depending on where you want to go, it’s not a bad option. Rooms were clean and comfortable with decent amenities. The diversity of restaurants was a pleasant surprise - western, Chinese, Japanese, and local.

Overall was good, hospitality service wasn't lower than expected ”
While I just arrived the hotel, bell mans were helpful. However front desk staff wasn't very friendly. They do not smile and gave me wrong instructions of the key cards access, which supposed to use for lift (written on card - Room access) was suppose to just used to slot into the card holder for electricity in the room. When I called up due to unable to accessed into my room (when I was carrying my luggage) I asked them to come to my room and help me out for the key, they asked me to come down. When I reached to the lobby, there were more than 5 staffs standing behind the front desk chit chatting rather than help me out. End up only because the key card was not use in the right ways, and i just came down for nothing. However the facilities and rooms were clean and hotel itself was comfortable.

i always stay at eastin when i come to KL. but this time i can say.. the pillow got sweat smell.. so disgusting... i was back to room in midnight. was too tire to complain. if not i will complain to change the room.
Good hotel with great breakfast”
Room was large and clean. I like the gym and swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was great, many choices of foods and they are tasty. The hotel is about 800m walk to the MRT station. Staying guest gets free parking.
I Doubt the Intention of House Keeping at 10.10am?”
The front desk Staff was nice but the House Keeping guy was terrible! I have extended for my late check out till 1pm and I was grateful that the front desk people had arranged that for me. However, I was shocked that there was a man opened my door for "House Keeping" at 10.10am while I was still sleeping. I was going to check out at 1pm and there was not need to clean up the room before that. I was wondering what was his intention for that? I hope the hotel can seriously look into their SOP on this.
Base for a Night Out”
We used this hotel as a base in order to attend an event just up the road. The value for money was great and the facilities were superlative (Gym / Pool). As we didn't make much use of the other facilities / restaurants etc, we can't comment on that. However, if we had another event in the area, we would likely go back to Eastin.
Maintained at Top Class”
My previous stay at this hotel was 6 years ago and I went again, was surprised that it was still very well maintained. Cleanliness and Comfort were at the top level. The in-room dining menu was very reasonably priced with many great options. The staffs were all very friendly with smiley faces all the time. I have felt very welcome here and definitely will recommend to everyone that would like to stay near all popular places such as Bangsar, Mid Valley, 1 Utama, KL City, Damansara and more.
though we only stayed there for 1n. , we had a good stay. The room was spacious enough for my toddler to walk and run around. It was very clean. Room service was fast and staffs attend to our service very well and very efficient. I really don't mind staying there again. Pro's - Polite and nice staff - Fast service Con's - Room Service food did not meet our expectation - View from our room was nothing but houses, though requested for a city view
Change your hotel policy.... if a booking is made and the date is wrong... you should allow changes..... it’s not something done on purpose... the fact that you declined and refused to consider is pathetic.... WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT O STAY HERE
