1. Some of the staff at the Japanese Restaurant not really friendly and helpful without inform to the guest what have their favor foods and beverage that we can enjoy. 2.Even its a 5 star Hotel but i do not enjoy it as 5 star after i check-in to my room, then the hotel staff come in tell that they need to withraw out all the beverage from the refrigerator that inside room.what's kind of service that of a 5 star hotel, they can go in the room and tell this kind method. :( If your guest wont pay for your beverage then they wont step in to the 5 star hotel.
