Excellent but no breakfast option”
Was surprised that there was no breakfast option but has been some years since we stayed there previously. So we ate at Rosie’s. No complaints about the price, room, service, pool or staff. We were welcomed back like long lost family. WiFi is strong in every room and didn’t notice a drop during peak time which was a bonus. Excellent location as it’s an easy walk everywhere and the beach is less than 100m away. Recommend it every time just based on location.

Starting to show it’s age”
However, the rooms are cold when the aircon works. The beds are comfortable and ask for extra pillows for a very good siesta. The cable tv is ok to wind down after a night out. The staff are very friendly and were helpful especially when we had an issue with our car. They have usually been excellent every time we have stayed here since it opened. The pool area needs a bit of non-slip flooring by the entrance but other than that it’s clean and late afternoon the sun is off so very refreshing and relaxing after a day doing activities. Towels are available at reception. No breakfast was a surprise since we had not really paid attention during the booking but there are plenty of places to eat immediately outside and further up and down the Soi. It is a lively location until early morning and being centrally located it’s possible to catch the baht buses or walk to most venues. WiFi is very good and we had no streaming interruptions at all.

Reliable hotel in excellent location for solo traveler”
This is a good hotel in a prime location (convenient to everything) with a friendly helpful staff. I have stayed there before and will stay again. The hotel staff is easygoing and helped me with many things. They got me checked in and out very quickly. I prefer to stay in the center of the action, close to the nightlife. I was very happy they put me in a room on a floor without any noisy families or kids.

Always stay here when visit Patts and will next time. Good home base to party from. Room service kept my room clean. Pool is big. Good for a swim with friends but few tiles missing. Done its job.

My room was on the back side of the hotel. It was quiet even though the street it is on is noisy. Close to the beach and bar areas. Convenience stores, currency exchange and shopping all within easy walking distance. Staff polite and helpful.

Staff, pool and all else were great. The bed was uncomfortable (springs pushing through) and the AC was unreliable, sometimes taking a long time to get cold.

Good location, basic but good”
Good location for closeness to the beach and shops/restaurants. Room is very basic but all you need. We only use the hotel for sleeping, we spend all day and night outside.
