GOOD BUDGET MOTEL”
There is a supermarket in 1-minute distance by foot. By public transportation, you need 1 transfer to get to the downtown. They offered shampoo and towels. But there is no hair-dryer. Since I don't care about facilities, I would stay here for next visit.

5 days in LA”
I was very happy with the place, it has an excellent location and it was so cheap, the room was ok, the only thing that i would change of my experience is that me and my sister were there for 5 days and our room was never cleaned so by the end of the trip we had a pile of trash. Except from that i absolutely recommend the place. Friendly advise, this is a motel and it is cheap so dont expect luxury.

Your Stay Might be Better Than Ours”
First the good: for the money it's a good value for a motel in LA. The room was clean overall. The bed and pillows were real comfortable and clean, the air conditioner worked well at keeping the room the perfect temperature and the shower had good water pressure/temperature. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels were these factors were not guaranteed. The reasons I couldn't recommend it: First the guy doing the checkins couldn't initially find our reservation even though I handed him a printout of it and had confirmed it just the previous day. Although he was a nice enough guy there appeared to be a language barrier and it seemed like we might have to scramble to find something else at 11:45 at night. Next after a needlessly long check in it took him and their maintenance guy another half an hour to finally get the TV working. Add to that two power outages (like from a blown fuse). Maybe it was just that night but I won't be back.

either agoda or the hotel allow u to choose your check in time. but when you arrive they say you can only check in after 11am. so if you chose 1 am youd have to wait til 11am anyway. and then they refuse to refund you for scamming you. its a complete scam and agoda and eastsider motel should both be ashames of themselves.

Good Value Choice”
The location only lost a star because it's in a semi-dangerous part of town but I walked for about half an hour, forty five minutes maybe, at night and was fine. It's a ten minute drive to downtown and little tokyo, which we ended up spending most of our time in because of the amazing food and cute little shops, and after that it's all walking distance. The people behind the counter were very polite and gave us an hours extension to pack up on our last day (some "nicer" hotels wouldn't even do that for us) Note: bring your own hair dryer, and the shower comes with bodywash and shampoo but only the usual motel amount of just enough to wash one bum cheek. Smells good tho.

The staff members were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I was skeptical of the room because the light didn’t turn on when we first arrived, but after a quick lightbulb change there were no other problems. I even lost my wallet at a concert and the hotel provided me with a photocopy of my ID so I could catch my flight home.

The room was small, dirty, had roaches, had dirty stiff towels, and the air would stop working which left the room extremely hot! But the staff was very nice and friendly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This place HAS ROACHES!”
I can not stress this enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! 1)We had a blanket that smelled like someone took a piss on it, they changed the blanket but not the sheets. 2)The window curtain had a bullet hole in it. 3)The THERE IS ROACHES! When we confronted the man who spoke no English he called my fiancé and I liars and said "no there's no roaches". We packed up our stuff and were going to sleep in the car once he said no refund would be given. We were trying to check out but he didn't want to check us out, and kept repeating "no refund". Once we had enough we just said forget it, and checked out without a refund. He was very rude and kept giving us faces the whole time. Also when we had turned on the TV there was porn, like a porn channel was the last thing a previous person had watched and they are the ones that probably peed the bed before us.
