“Very Pleasant Stay ”
We enjoyed a very pleasant one night stay to attend a show at the nearby Philippine Repertoire Theatre. Arriving an hour early we were given very clear directions by the security staff to the underground parking in Eastwood Mall which had direct lift access to the hotel lobby. The check-In process was extremely efficient taking less than 5mins. We were in our room well before 2pm without even having to ask the staff for an early check-in. The room on the 32/F was quiet, clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The rooftop swimming pool was reasonable, with four lanes and a maximum depth of 5ft. It was totally empty for the 45minutes I was there mid afternoon allowing me to have a very good swim. The exercise machines in the fitness room were excellent and there are good views of northern Manila. We enjoyed a very good a la carte early dinner in the pleasant setting of the Cafe Bar in the lobby and there is a 20% discount if you sign up to the hotels Viber account. The buffet breakfast was in the same location and places an emphasis on quality rather than quantity with an emphasis on a few quality dishes rather than being overloaded with a wide selection of less well prepared food. A real standout for us. The location is at the heart of the Eastwood commercial district with direct access to Eastwood Mall on the second floor. The pedestrianised areas at ground level are well signposted and we found it easy to find the Philippine Repertoire Theatre as well as a number of other shops we wanted to visit. The staff are the most outstanding asset of the hotel being super friendly and helpful. The security staff holding their right hand to their hearts and saying Mabuhay in greeting was very touching. Will definitely use this hotel if in the area again and highly recommend it to our friends.
