Very pleasant stay, clean room but poorly maintain facilities”
Room was super huge, deluxe suite indeed! It was clean, we had a great night. Such a beautiful and serene environment, sadly it was poorly maintain- jacuzzi was dirty, steam bath was not working, internet was slow, room tv was not working, among other things. Thankfully there is a mini waterpark in the pool garden area to be enjoyed by the kids. We stayed at the deluxe suite, make sure to park in front instead of the backyard facing the golf course to avoid mishap to your vehicle (our neighbour's car was hit by a golf ball! That was unfortunate) otherwise the stay was good, plan to come back for a relaxing weekend.

They did not prepare bottled water in the room. They expect you to take water from the tap and boil it using heater. Was a bit upset with this, at least basic water bottle should be provided. I was lost few times to find this long house location cus it was all behind the trees. Breakfast was basic.

The place I stayed is comfortable. The place is clean however the handle at the bath tub is broken. Swimming pool looks clean but it only open at 10am which is quite late for common hotel. The food is nice but limited selection. Overall is fine although need some maintenance in some places.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful but the house keeping staff are the opposite. It took the house keeping staff 3 hours to ready the extra bedding that i ordered during booking, and 4 times of enquiry from the reception staff when are they gonna send the extra bed! at least have the courtesy to INFORM when the bed would be ready as we were dead tired from long day and anticipate to wind down comfortably...

The hotels need alot of repair and maintainance especially the wooden houses, the woods need to be change because while i stayed in one of the wooden house there im afraid of my family and my safety as the walkway floor thru our wooden hotel crumbling and making all sorts of sounds and it looked old even from inside of one of the wooden house. The aircond only gets cold in the early morning but during afternoon and night time it can get very uncomfortable because of the heat from outside these goes to deluxe and the wooden house. I like how the staff treat customer at front desk very polite and helpful. Need a security check point so that customers will felt more safer to be there especially to those who is staying overnight to park their car without any worries that would be great. Fish pond near the lobby looks beautiful but lack of attractions, can put corner for feeding the fish by selling fish food in small amout so that kids and others can enjoy the view.
