Unbeatable location in Rosebank”
Can't beat the location of this place, 4 mins walk from the Rosebank Mall and some fantastic restaurants. I stayed for 2 weeks and did not need a car for anything. Apartment felt a bit dark especially in one corner but was really well equipped. I missed a few things and they happily brought them up. My particular apartment was not suitable for working because there was no low table, just a breakfast bar style table and high chairs. Balcony was small and bed was comfortable but too short. Sofa very comfy (I kept falling asleep) and kitchen great, you could save money by making all your own food. The building gets very "boomy" when people are out on their balcony, just loud talking travels everywhere so beware it can seem a bit noisy on weekends. My apartment had quite a few scuff marks on the wall and huge spots from where they had used filler to repair but not repainted and that let the place down. Everything was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job, you get cleaning every 3 days. The Easy Stay staff were incredibly helpful . Note, there is no aircon in most units. The internet connection was excellent - about 20Mbps and was very stable. Parking included and very convenient, lift all the way up from the parking garage to your level. The building felt pretty safe and secure. Overall, great value for money with an excellent location - but with some drawbacks.
