All the staff I spoke to were kind and helpfull so nothing to say about them. Hotel was perfect for the night when visiting the parc des princes. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were very clean. Not to far to the metro for if you wish to head into the center which was a €1.90 trip. Only issue I faced which has painted the hotel in a bad light, is the fact that my pay at the hotel did not happen. They actually tried to take the money over 7 days before I was there. Not only this, they then took it the day of the stay and the day after. I am now chasing my bank up to stop the second payment from going through. Just be careful about when and how your paying if you decide to stay here.

Clean room but no clean water!”
In an airport hotel which has 24 hours reception it is not excusable that the reception desk is not occupied in the early morning. What is even less acceptable was the absence of drinking water. The hotel provides NO drinking water on the room. Also the receptionist was unable to resolve my request. He referred to an empty vending machine and refused to order more water from outside. The water from the tap is chlorinated and as such not drinkable. On my proposition that if the drinking water is empty, he should have a number to call to order new water, he just simply smiled and declined.

Very far from City and not Friendly staff”
The location is very far from city and doesn’t have proper public transportation. Housekeeping is done once in three days. This is something new to me. I expected a change in towels atleast once in a day. Staff is not as friendly as I expected. For whatever we ask they just say, we don’t know or we don’t have especially the staff at night. They are not helpful.

The staff in this hotel were not comprehensive at all and I stayed for 3 days but nobody came to clean the room, its dusty and there's no coffee nor mug not even water in the hotel room. please do not trust people in France since the taxi charged so high and it was not even a real taxi, was a nightmare

Very clean and spacious ”
The room and bathroom was very clean and pretty spacious for a solo traveler. I had a big suitcase but more than enough space to spread around my things. The staff was friendly and nice. However the location wasn’t very convenient from the city and to the airport. It was a bit troublesome to get to the hotel from the city using a public transportation. Also, in order to take a bus from the hotel to the airport, there was no ticket machine to buy a ticket, so i had to pay with cash £2.50. Luckily I had some coins. I should have bought it in the city.

Ideal location for travelers who need to be near the airport. A major mall is just across the road, 5 minutes by walk with approximately 6 restaurants inside the food court. About 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms are a little small but overall, it's clean and price is reasonable.

Great option for last minute bookings!”
The hotel is new so the room is clean. Location wise is good as it is near the airport and next to Aeroville. They offer breakfast at €8. Check out time is at 11am and if you wan to leave your bags and go somewhere else, they charge €5 to keep them.

Budget hotel near CDG airport”
The location is great, easy to access directly by bus from Roissypole. The room is spacious for one person. Love the fact that shower is easy to use and adjust temperature. The room was clean. Some facilities needed to be improved though I don’t know if this is technical issue or I just don’t know how to use it right but the sink in my room seemed to be broken (water won’t go down), the bin was broken and I cannot seem to find hair dryer anywhere which was really inconvenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place for a short stay or a stopover.

Pro’s Price, cleanliness,staff,location,shopping. Con’s No shuttle bus, a bit tricky to get to for 1st timers, it’s a very crazy airport with three terminals, sequence when using terminal shuttle is 1,3,2 so remember that after you 9 hour flight when trying to find the bus exchange. Airport info staff are useless rude ignorant people.
