Unique Experience ”
The modular style and interesting design worked well, making for a very unique hotel room. The bed was comfortable, the bed sheets clean and the room was perfectly dark when the lights were turned off. Which is quite a hard thing to come by.

Kay at reception was excellent, trying to do two jobs as a member of staff hadn't turned up and she was copping extremely well. Clean rooms with tv set, micro shower room but clean. Great stay.

Only issue I had was the automated diary event had the wrong address in it which meant I was the wrong side in Kensington. My issue for not checking the address on the web page but was irritating, if sending a diary event make it correct. Otherwise was good experience

You get what you pay”
Basic hotel, the amenities, remote for the TV will need extra cost..The size for single room also is acceptable. Based on size, it was not the smallest among others that I have stayed in London(there is other hotel has smaller single room). But, if you find other deal that cost you extra 5 quid as compared to this hotel (with all the amenities, TV and wifi), then better go for that hotel.

FINE FOR A NIGHT”
Needed a room for one night as going to a concert at Hammersmith. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Earls Court underground. As I had stayed in an Easyjet Hotel (Heathrow) I expected the room to be very basic, however what I was not expecting to pay for the remote control to watch the TV. My main issue was the lack of space in the room. As a solo traveller I only had one large suitcase (I was coming back from my main holiday), but I would have found it difficult if I had been sharing the room with someone who also had a suitcase, we would have had to stack them on top of each other! Once I decided on a space for my suitcase, behind the door, I then found it impossible to open the bathroom door fully without moving my suitcase along to a very narrow space. Staff were accommodating to my room requirements and put me on the 1st floor. There are plenty of hotels in the area and |I would source these first before deciding to stay at the Easyjet Hotel because of space.

I said here for one night, it was very last minute and close to where I was working. Its simple a good clean room to get your head down. Its doesn't pretend to be anything else. Courteous staff, clean room, good price, job done...

Satisfactory stay”
For the price in central london, I would say that it was worth it. The aircon worked well. The room could have been cleaner but apart from that it was satisfactory for the purpose of having somewhere to stay overnight in centrtal london

Great location but tiny room”
First room didn't have a window but staff was really friendly and helpful so we managed to get another one. I stayed with my 10 years old child and we both felt claustrophobic, the room was tiny, it was like sleeping in the matchbox. But location was great, not too noisy, moderately clean. My child's review :if we came by car she would have preferred to sleep in the car than in that room.

Just a little more”
A coat hanger, a wall mounted shoe rack or valet and actual working wifi !(it did not function even for texts or emails) plus any expression of comfort rather than the ominous orange wall and close walls. It's cell like but just a touch of Japanese ingenuity (hotel rooms there are just as small but offer some simple comforts) and it would be fine.

No lift which made transporting luggage very challenging. Room was extremely small - there was no space for us to open even one luggage and the toilet door at the same time. Room's ventilation could be improved given that there was no window. We stored our luggage at the reception and were told only upon our collection, that we had to pay 5 pounds per luggage. The receptionist said she would waive off the fee if we gave Easyhotel a 5-star rating on Agoda. Such hostile and intimidating service is really a put-off.

Poor experience ”
I had paid for a room with a window but I was given one without a window! Staff was unable to work their own room management system on their computer. The wireless Internet was not working in my room (too far from router). My room was not cleaned or tidied by anybody during my two-day stay, and one of the light bulbs in my room was broken.

Make sure you pay extra for flexibility”
We booked a room here and our flight was suddenly delayed by 24 hours, so we called to ask if we could move our reservation to another night, because we didn't want to cancel. They just responded that it's not their responsibility, so we had to pay for a night that we weren't in the country, even though it was out of our control as well. I understand they have a policy, but there needs to be some level of flexibility, especially with delayed flights and unexpected things that can't be helped.
