This Hotel is Ok and descent. The Location: *Very good: northern part of the island, beachfront *Near the city. *lots of restaurants nearby. good neighborhood. *scenic seafront. The Facility: *Descent *Clean and descent *well-functioning air conditioner *not so spacious parking spaces. but it’s ok, it can accommodate all the guests’ vehicles. *quiet *they do not serve food *very fast checkin and checkout process Me and my husband had a comfortable stay here. Stayed here recently for weekend trip to Jeju. Hotel is very conveniently located near Hamdeok Beach. Staff was friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. The location alone makes this hotel an easy choice.

Hotel is right next to the popular beach and restaurants and bar along the beach side street. Great location. Room would have been better if it wasn't carpet and our room air-conditioning kept making weird sound which I totally forgotten to report it. Other then that i enjoyed my stay here.

Great location! Hotel is right by the beach and you can enjoy a long walk on the beach anytime 😊. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area too! Room is your standard hotel room, it was clean and comfy. I wished they had more than 1 long towel in the room for 2 people. We asked for extra towel everyday. I had an enjoyable and relaxed stay!

It’s a really great location, right on the water. The beds were really hard but somehow comfy. My friend and I enjoyed our time there but I wish you could control the temperature and get more water for free. It was strange that the hotel is also the ArtStay.

Great Location in Eastern Jeju”
Good place for travelers to go around the east Jeju. Its location is really good, so have to make a reservation on the ocean side. Also, the town has a lot of stores on foot, so no worries to find restaurants or bars. Unfortunately, the hotel is a little bit old, and the parking lot is small. In busy season, you can use the public parking lot, which is free, but too far from the hotel.

The hotel is located in front of the beach so the location is quite nice. The staff didn’t seem that kind and one of them even didn’t bother to wear a mask during a check in, although there are signs that encourage you to wear a mask during this pandemic. There were a few things that can be improved such as providing a soap container or offering a clean bed sheet

This hotel is at prime location, right on the front of the bay. It has recently been partially renovated, however, the management kept the century old hard bed no one can sleep on. The soundproof is zero, if you stay in an ocean view room, be prepared to join the party downstairs until 3am every night. If you stay in a mountain view room on the back, the construction digging starting around 7am will be your alarm. Maybe the corner ocean view rooms are slightly better. ?The Samsung Aircon is old, and wired wrong, each time it reaches the set temperature, it shuts off itself, when the room temperature arises, it starts again, making annoying loud noise all the time. I’m a light sleeper, so I had to sleep without the aircon on in the end. Fortunately, the weather wasn’t too hot during the evening. Room was clean. Staffs hardly speak any English. Yeh level of customer service and courtesy are quite low by international standards. This is a hotel enquired only for locals heavy sleepers, or maybe party people don’t care about sleep.

We stayed 7 days there and it wasn’t what we expected to be. Staff at the front desk were friendly enough and did their best job as they could have done. We decided to have the beach view with extra cost but that the only best part of this hotel. The room was so small and didn’t have enough space to put outlet two luggages and not even a table to sit on and have a cup of coffee. They didn’t even provide a coffee tea spoon to stir our coffee on the room and we asked at front desk but they just gave us short answer saying we don’t provide a coffee spoon. It is not a love hotel it says it is proper hotel but couldn’t even do that to the guests isn’t a hotel I don’t think. And also bed was so hard and wasn’t a right place for long term stay as well as terrible thin pillows. Over all we were very disappointed and wouldn’t come back with that money they charge.
