Excellent hotel to stay in! Highly recommended.”
There were so much to explore in this park. Even though it was wet season, we have all the time to explore the onsen facilities which are fantastic during this time! The staff were really very warm and friendly. I am so thankful for the attention given by the medic to my daughter who fell sick when we got there. He attended to her twice and gave her a good head massage to help her sleep even though it was already 12 midnight. Our 2 nights stay weren’t enough to explore to whole park but we had a great time. Glad to have been there and hope to visit there again during summer time.

The place is so beautiful, so much money has been put into this place. Everywhere you look is beautiful rock work, tile work, hot springs galore. The place is truly amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for any type traveler

Amazing resort with lot of activities”
Located at a peak in between the mountains which makes the resort look amazing. There are lot of activities included in your package like jacuzzi, large swimming pool, Hot spring bath, fully equipped water park, 4D cinema, games. All for free when you stay there. Good breakfast with local and western menu but most of the dish contains pork. There are no restaurants nearby due to location so you need to rely on the restaurant menu. Also they do not offer Ala carte menu in the restaurant. Only set meals are available but you can fight with them to prepare. 15 mins from Bana Hills Cable Car Station.

How come I didn't know about these amazing hot springs??”
Amazing hot springs experience in Vietnam. Everything was positive. The outdoor hot springs were spacious and had bathing areas with different temperatures. The indoor hot springs included a beautiful little garden, also different temperatures. And the mud baths were fun and awesome. Everything run smoothly. The food was reasonably priced and tasty. We didn't use the water park much as my toddler was scared of it, but he looooved the dinosaur park.

Was one of the best hotel/ forest resort ever stayed. Room was spacious, with balcony facing the forest and water falls. Facilities and internal tours was amazing. Food options are limited but acceptable. Value for money.

Free water park ticket. Clean and quiet environment. Nice staff. Far away from the city(took 1 hour for travel from city). Shower water supply very unstable.

Lovely getaway, just a bit of a drive :)”
Nice place to get away from the bustle of cities like Da Nang for a few days. Both fun and relaxing with a variety of things to do, all surrounded by beautiful scenery. Only main con was they’re lack of food choices. Just one main restaurant, which wasn’t great and a bit pricy. And the rest were just basic food carts around the place with sausages and drinks.

Located near spring park, no busses just taxis, room was tiny but has spacious bathroom with bug bathtub(Japanese ofuro style bathroom)
