Located in an ideal spot within the park, this hotel offers plenty of activities for children. The friendly and helpful staff receive great feedback, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The stone-made bathtub and private hot spring bath are highlights for many guests. Probably our favorite parts from visiting Danang. The room is clean, spacious and the bathroom is pretty cool, a comfortable stay. The water park itself is lovely. Some attractions have unusual opening time, but there weren't many visitors this time and we almost didn't have to wait in line for anything. They have upgraded the facilities since my last visit about 2 years ago, it now has a zoo (with dears and sheeps), a bird garden and a spot for kayaking/paddle boat. It's a lovely getaway from the usual city life. Breakfast has a wonderful selection and I looked forward to it. Tried mud bath this time, it was a great experience as well, interesting and comfortable. It would be nice if they can offer transportation as well, since it's located in the mountains and is about an hour away from the city. Would definitely visit again if I'm visiting Danang for the third time. Though if that were to happen, it would be largely due to this resort.
We traveled with a 2-year-old child and my parents, booking two rooms for two nights at the hotel. In this area, there are basically only two decent options: Ebisu Onsen and the one near Ba Na Hills. Since Ba Na Hills is a very touristy, pass-through spot and we wanted peace and quiet, we chose Ebisu Onsen. With small children it’s quite challenging — especially if parents care about proper nutrition and so on — because there’s only one restaurant on the property. It has an “international” section on the menu, but in reality almost none of those dishes are actually available. So for two days we basically ate the same 3–4 local dishes, since most other menu items didn’t suit everyone. However, that was tasty. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and the staff are nothing special (it’s an amusement park in the end). Only the hotel manager was genuinely friendly and attentive toward guests — big thanks to him for that. The water in the shower was barely warm. Soundproofing is bad - receptionist helped to manage neighbour form the room next to ours, but there were a group of locals celebrating something after the midnight right behind of our door - hotel personnel couldn’t do a thing with that. That said, if you’re traveling without kids, it’s still a reasonable choice for a minimal-comfort onsen experience. The hot springs and the dinosaur park completely outweighed all the downsides! If next time will happen, I’ll have just 1 day trip there. I’m convinced that if someone invested properly in this place, it could become the real gem of Central Vietnam

Overall, it is still fine for the kids to have fun during the summer.

There is a convenient electric shuttle service within the area. For dining, you can only choose one of the two restaurants in the area.

This place is such a Gem I can't believe it is not packed 24/7. We practically had the place to ourselves. You need at least 3 full days to see all the attractions this Hot springs water park has to offer. To list a some: Hot springs large organic pool, lobster pot soak, cold pool soak, medium hot soak, foot soak, water fall hot springs, full on Dinosaur park, bird sanctuary, petting zoo, tree too walk, longevity boiling egg in hit springs, Mud bath in individual marble stone tubs, 3d movie theater, excellent breakfast buffet, Beautiful dinner overlooking the front entrance to park. I can go on and on. This is our 2nd time, we LOVE THIS PLACE!
