I checked in out of the working hours, and the staff was waiting me outside the accommodation when I got there

The man at the reception was very arrogant and rude. he always repeats: "probably I will refuse the check-in". Instead of somehow trying to solve the situation. He wanted A$30 deposit for the keys, but I only had A$20. There are also mice in the rooms! So be careful at night!

The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and the hostel is clean and in a fantastic location in Newtown.

Nice hostel in a good location in Newtown. Clean nice kitchen and common area. They also recycle their waste which is great! A little cold at winter. Receptionist Selma was super friendly and helpful. :)

They are liars! ”

I have mad a booking for 3 nights for 31 dollars each. They had a full month to contact me and I even called them the day before and they say nothing. When I came to chack in they tried to make me pay 130 dollars for 3 nights without saying anything about the change in the price and only when I asked about it they said it's a problem in the web and the price is 43 per night. I refused to pay more then what I booked so they just let me go to the street without even say sorry!
