Good customer service, warm welcome by the front desk. Room was very clean and I was indeed amazed by the room setup. eg. the washing basin is placed outside the bathroom which is so convenient. Overall enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend.

Unexpectedly good”
While it may seems to be a regular hotel, I think the location is strategic and the room were basically furnished for business traveller. If u r looking for luxury, look elsewhere. Cleanliness was good, acceptable for me. Plenty of shops around, Lotus is just a minute walk away.

Affordable and value for money”
Already second time stay at here. Book family APARTMENT SUITE because of my family quite many and want to stay in one room. The room were unexpectedly has pantry and family area for us so that we can sleep on the floor or sofa. The one room were given to my brother and his wife to sleep. Room were clean and provide kettle, fridge and microwave also. Definitely will repeat this hotel when we come to Bukit Beruntung after this.

The male staff upgraded us to apartment when they were not aware of our request for room with a window. Most appreciated. Their apartment is huge and well equipped as 4 start hotels for a very affordable rate. Maintain your standard of housekeeping especially the toilets and pest... one of the best 2 star hotels I have stayed so far. Nearby eateries and shops. Bake with Yan and Kings just beside👍
