Facilities mentioned “Free Wifi” but there’s isn’t any wifi. Cleanliness need to improve especially the toilet…. And it’s smelly all the time when we enter the house. Disappointed.

The owner is good that she allowed us to put our luggage earlier. BUT.... there is a lot of room for improvement. it's not tally with what has been listed in the description. there's no wifi, no water filter, and a hair dryer that couldn't be used, got a TV but it didn't work, etc. Cleanliness is really poor for us who are very concerned about this as we are very allergic to dust. Hopefully, the owner can take note on these.

Location is great, within walking distance to basically everything, eateries, bistro, pharmacy, convenient store and also great for Grab pickup and dropoff. Within walking distance to Parkson and the city center. Good view with great amenities, gym, pool and rooftop. The downside were no WiFi provided, was told for some reason only when inquired. A few phone numbers provided to reach host but only managed to get through trying a second one. General cleanliness could be further improved, sheets and blankets were clean but bathroom and the living space could be better.

Due of long time no people stay, I found that the floor have some dust. At the facility, there stated have wifi provided, but only I ask the person in charge only know the wifi no longer anymore.

It's a great location by the Rajang river with superb facilities. My family had a wonderful time and we surely love to come back again!
