Don't have any complains to think of about this hotel”
Though it's really far from the dream hotel room you are expecting for but boy I love this place... super convenient, you will never get hungry since restaurants and other convenient stores like 7eleven and ministop are just near the place. Near Nagoya Station which is super accessible when getting around Nagoya. Free toothbrush and you can always ask for a clean towel but you have to get it on your own at the reception area. Shower is at the basement but it's okay for me though because there is an elevator. and if you wanna use the toilet, there is one of each floors. They don't speak english well but you guys can still understand each other. Oh and the reception area is at the second floor so it's a bit difficult if you carry a large size of luggage. the room space is small but once you get settled in to your room, you are all good... Excellent location, it's not hard to find. I will definitely book and stay at this hotel again when I visit Nagoya again. :)
The hotel is definitely economical and close to stn but I will not recommend it. First, you need to carry your luggage on your own up the flight of stairs and shower is on the basement. I couldn't sleep at all in the room. It was unsettling and uncomfortable. I suspect the room I was in is haunted. That's just my personal experience.
satisfied enough for the low price”
Stayed overnight with my two kids, one 14, and the other 9 years old. They did not charge for the younger one, and the total for the rest of us, an aduld and a 14-year-old boy, was less than 5,000. That's amazing. The hotel is very near to Nagoya starion. Thanks a lot for the convenient service. Natsuki Hirokawa
it is located in the center of the city, very good location, just 2 mins walk away from Nagoya Station. 7 Eleven Konbini is on the left 24h for food. Overall it's a clean hotel, even though the bathroom is on the basement floor (Gotta use the lift)
Good for night stay - Private room, near main public transport ”
The elevator locate in 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage up stair. The room is bigger than expected compare to similar hostel. You will have refrigerator to store your food. The public bath room is in the basement. Each bathroom has separate lock which consider ok for me despite mixing between male and female. Hotel check-in time is limited please check your flight before book here. They also not provide luggage storage before and after stay.
Very near JR. Small room and the TOP bunk is making lotsa noise. The receptionist is helpful tho she can’t speak much English.
Very nice. Clean, convenient. Good bang for the buck.
Good stay ”
The place was super cheap to stay. Right next to the station which is great. It was really basic and the room was tight but even with two of us we managed! One down point was that my partner slept in the top bunk but it was super noisy & he said a little uncomfortable so we doubled up! But apart from that it was fine
Great place for a stay”
Okay, so the place is spartan. You go in, talk to the person at the counter, they tell you a room number and hand you a key. You might hit your head on the door if you're as tall as me, but the fact is it's really cheap and gives you a private room for the cost of an expensive dorm. Bathrooms were clean, beds were comfy. If you're looking for the room to be a place to crash while you base yourself out of Nagoya, this is literally five minutes to the train station. It's perfect for what it is, and I wish I'd stayed longer.
Reasonably-Priced Accomodation in the Heart of Nagoya City”
Located about 15 minutes from Nagoya Station, this is a cheap alternative for travellers who want nothing more than a clean, basic room to stay in while enjoying the sights of Nagoya. A few steps outside the hostel is an underground commercial center with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Take note the hostel does not accept luggage storage AFTER check-out so factor the luggage storage cost (plenty of coin-operated lockers at Nagoya Station) in your budget.
Value for money”
Good points already highlighted in previous remarks. The downside decor a bit old. Walked out from the train station (the Bic Camera shopping is at the opposite right) and cross the road. It is just on the left side along the main road.
Great location, value for money ”
Located just a few minutes walk away from the main station. Good value for money. Counter was unmanned when I arrived, but a helpful guest later informed me that the staff was cleaning the rooms in a higher floor.
Small rooms, but can't beat price and location!”
Located right next to Nagoya station. Exit through Taikodori side. Look for the 711 and Denny's across the street. Eco Hotel Nagoya is just to the left of 711. Proceed to 2nd floor for the reception. We got the twin room which consists of a bunk bed in a very tiny room. Not enough space to adequately spread out your luggage. TV and fridge are provided in the room, but I'm sure you're not booking this to hang out in your room. Shower stalls at B1, but you can only use the showers from 5pm to 9am. Wash area and communal toilet provided on each floor. Rooms and bath are very clean. No complaints. If you're on a budget and arriving in Nagoya quite late, it's a very good choice. Value for money place to crash.
A nice place to stay”
It's a good places to stay as the location is good, the room clean, although the shower room is on the basement and with limited time for showering - which is from 5pm til 9am. i will be surely going to stay again if i happen to pass by Nagoya in future.
It was quite worth it”
First of all, it is very cheap. But there's little lack of service. You cannot stay a night at any other hotels at this price. Also, it is very near to the Nagoya station, actually it's right across the station.
Highly recommend for short stay near the station”
It's superb close to the station, just opposite of the Taikodori gate. We only have 1 night in Nagoya as a transit and didn't expect too much. However, it's well worth the value and the shared bathroom exceeded our expectations. Very convenient for a night near the station.
just next to Nagoya Station”
very convenient. When you arrive Nagoya Station from airport, look for "Shinkasen" direction, then follow "To Anonami Line", go straight to the end until you reach "Tako Dori" exit, then turn left about 20 steps and you will find "Y2100" signboard at the top of a 6-floor building ---that is the hotel. Just cross the road, and then go up to 2nd floor for checking-in. Sat is usually full (in fact for weekdays too), so better book in advance.
Very nice stay in such low price”
very good stay with low price, clean and tidy, shared bathroom and restroom but very clean and dry; 5 mins from metro, 24hr convenience store next to the hotel. definitely will back to stay for my next travel
Great budget hotel with an excellent location”
My second time staying at the hotel and enjoyed it once again. The staff is friendly and speaks enough english to help you out a little bit (although I also speak Japanese). Since my last stay, they added a wireless internet router on the third floor which greatly enhanced my experience there.
The room is quite OK and good location”
eco hotel is located on the pretty good location near nagoya station (only 3 minutes). beside of eco hotel and facing with hotel left hand side has a very good restaurant with reasonable price & delicious meal, it is worth trying
