Lovely hotel with not enough private rooms.
Loved the woodsy getaway look with a great big pool but very cold water!
The rooms were large and clean however no fridge or coffee maker for people staying longer than a night or TV which was fine except perhaps a radio would have made it abit better. The mosquitos were out in full force and possibly a spray can could have been included in the room for the guests. Breakfast was great, however the mosquitos were also very hungry in the same area. The pool was lovely to look at but sooo cold it was not swimmable unless you were young and foolish and your heart could accept the shock. A little too remote for walking to places but well known by the locals.

Amazing pool
Shared bathroom was unclean
we enjoyed our stay here, had a great pool and nice atmosphere, not central to hire a bicycle to get into the city. nice place for price, however bathrooms were very unclean. we would stay again. breakfast pretty good, had some cereal.

A calm place in a busy city
Beautiful park, big pool and nice beds
The best thing with this place is the park surrounding the hostel/hotel. Birds and butterflies helps one's mind to calm down after many days in the city. Also the air quality is good here. The breakfast isn't great. They've also stopped serving cereal. Dry pancakes. Refilling takes forever. But for the price you pay at the hostel part of the resort, one can't complain. Beds are wide, even though they are bunk beds. Lovely light duvets and fresh sheets. The pool is one of the bigger hotel pools in Chiang Mai, probably 25 metres.

Like to swim - this is the place for you.
Great 25 metre pool. Quiet location. :Lovely gardens. Value for Money.
Stayed here twice, mostly because of the swimming pool - great for swimming lengths. The rooms are old converted classrooms and the walls are a bit on the thin side. The neighbour sneezed, I said bless you and she answered thank you. If you are feeling amorous realize that you will be sharing all your pillow talk with your neigbours. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay and lovely staff. The old man who books the tours is very helpful and his prices are as reasonable as anywhere else. Very clean place and water in GLASS bottles - very nice touch in a world full of plastic. If you like tropica; plants and flowers you'll love this place. Good Wifi too.

Fantastic pool, good breakfast and obliging staff,
Pool, and garden surrounds, clean and friendly
A lovely resort for both backpacker and middle of the road travellers alike, pool the main feature, which is wonderful. Food good, and staff friendly and attentive, 20 minute walk to the main óld'town, but a 20Baht ride home in tuk tuk. Close to bus station.
