Just needed to sleep and shower.....”
Our trip with our 14year old daughter was strictly to visit the two Universal parks so we needed a place to sleep and shower. The front desk staff was very nice at check in and I had no problem with my reservation through Agoda. There was plenty of parking right in front of our room. The room was very clean upon check in and every day when we returned from the parks. The beds weren't terrible. No microwave but the refrigerator and tv worked well. Hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board we're in room but we didn't use. There was a "continental" breakfast from 7-9 and my husband went down around 6:50am just to get some coffee (which is not good so we went to Starbucks every day after) and was quickly told "breakfast is not until 7". The heat and air unit was old and loud but worked ok. The Pizza Hut right next door is very nice and clean for eat-in dining. Universal is about 5 minutes away. I've already booked here again for November. Perfect for short trip with adults.

Great location with traffic light controlling the entry and exit of the facility which provide easy access to international drive. Relative clean room. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Just don't base your decision on the breakfast because it is mediocre with only coffee, juice, orange, and ready-to-eat danish.

Econo Lodge experience”
The staff of Econo Lodge are good except for 1 lady in the reception who is so grumpy and sarcastic. She suppose to be kind to the guest but the way she response to our query she always like that. We respect her because she is older than us but she is working in hotel she need to be nice.

No free breakfast as claimed on the website. You can walk to many attractions. Area is a little sketchy, saw cops in the parking lot as we arrived. Several people hanging around the parking lot. Noticed several bugs in our room. Cheap hotel, decent location. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had cockroaches in the room. The pool only open until 6 pm. We don’t go Orlando often, but it worst hotel I ever staid there. I booked the day we traveled and online reviews were good, so I expected a decent place. The location is great - close to parks , food and other entertainments

Never seen hospitality industry still using old standards, makes copies of your driver licences leaving a trace for Id theft, required additional fee of $ 9.90 for resort fee and $50 refundable fee as deposits ( will not be credited until next day after you check out). The day off checking in policy has been on the property arresting some one. Needs to have clear policy posted. Will never recommend this property.

Complimentary breakfast was more like continental breakfast so expect to go out if you want to really eat. The guy that checked me in looked like he was angry. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Breakfast was non existent. No coffee maker or microwave in rooms. We were told that they couldn’t control bug problem when they had them. Staff was worthless for any assistance needed.
