If you’re headed to OC during OC/MDJEEPWeek in August—staying here would be ideal as the jeeps load and start their beach crawl on 29th st. The oceanfront building is beach accessible. Both indoor and deck pools are fantastic amenities. The only thing I wished they would serve are some eggs at the complimentary breakfast.

When booking since it said oceanfront it let u to believe u would have oceanfront view. Nope!”
My stay was only for a couple nights and it was ok just to lay ur head at night BUTIf you want to see the ocean make sure u get ocean view not ocean front to me it’s backwards. Pros = inexpensive, cons= Several outlets didn’t work, stains on bed coverings, bed lamp didn’t work and ice machine didn’t work, just run down. Had a double bed room, there was only two of us there is NO Way that 4 ppl could’ve fit in that room. I can’t speak for the rooms in the bigger hotel might be nicer but the ones “ocean front” are horrible. The pictures are misleading, Spend the extra money and go elsewhere or upgrade thru them to the other bigger building.

Had a bit of a set back with the rooms but everything else was great even though we didn't get the room we booked. Staff was friendly and assisted with everything. Made our trip better than it could have turned. Thank you

Lost reservation”
They lost our reservation for our room and while the manager was able to get us a room for the weekend, we ended up on the older building which was billed as “City Side” away from our friends and family that stayed in the newer building and had oceanfront rooms. In addition to that, we had double beds instead of the king bed we reserved and the beds were so hard that it made sleeping difficult. I am a bigger guy (270 lbs) and I when I sat or laid down on the bed, it didn’t give any.

Couple's Retreat”
Only the bathroom was clean.The rugs was dirty and smell like urine smell .We have to cover our nose when sleeping so not to inhale it.The name oceanfront should bre taken out because we were not placed on the oceanfront building,but next to the street.we booked this hotel we expected it at oceanfront as shown in the photos.Big mistake.NEVER AGAIN.>

Family Trip”
Took a family trip around the Fourth of July. We had a great time. Booking with Agoda was great, we had no problems. Once we got to the hotel, check in was fast and easy. We had an Oceanfront room which had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a refrigerator, microwave, sink and they even has silverware and plates in the cabnets. The room was beautiful and we loved the view of the beach. Beach right in front and close to the boardwalk. Plenty of things to do around the hotel and all in walking distance.

Basic but beware the parking lot rooms”
We would have been much happier if our rooms had been in the part of the hotel closer to the beach. There is a second building which is in the middle of the parking lot. Bathrooms not so nice. Elevator stopped working. Breakfast rather high calorie high sugar.
