Best budget hotel in winter haven”
The room had two queen beds but lacked at table and chairs and a chair/sofa. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. It's a smoke free hotel so smoke in your car! The facility has a restaurant which was closed and a swimming pool which was packed. There are nicer hotels with larger rooms but you'll pay 30-50 more so for those on a budget I recommend this place.

Very nice for a couple nights stay. Everything was clean (except carpet), beds were comfy, was quiet, breakfast was adequate. No complaints. AND it was walking distance to Legoland!! Probably about half a mile or so for able walkers, We had a 3 and 5 year old so didnt walk it.

Great location if you are going to LEGO land but the room was very old and dirty and musty with stains on the carpets. The light over the bathroom sink only worked half the time and the shower floor was poorly renovated which made it bumpy and uneven. The air in the room did not work well either. Stayed for 3 nights and not once did they even come in to make the beds. Large pool which the kids enjoyed but the hot tub was broken.

I get it is a old building but I felt is was dirty you could feel the dirt on your feet, everything in the room was poorly cleaned. I booked two room and one the Ac was leaking I reported it, was not fixed and no one reach out to us or even offer another room and I had my grandchildren with me . I am very trouble, the web and what you actually get is on two different spectrums.

I booked through agoda and got a confirmation email but I don’t know why they didn’t find my booking and told me to call agoda because they were not responsible for my booking when I booked through agoda apps! They said I may pay higher price than the one I had booked if I want their available room now. Anyway we had no choice because we arrived late Saturday night and were not able to check for anywhere else. Also, we couldn’t sleep because the room they gave us was too dirty, smoking smells even though it was stated non-smoking room, cockroaches were around! Never come back to this location

Dirty rooms bad staff”
The room was filthy, mold in sink and tub, snot on wall, random things under bed, lamp shade was cracked, paint on wall coming off, bathroom door broken, gross amount of dust and lint in vents. Worst experience ever!

The room looked like it hadn't been updated or cleaned since the 80s. The carpet was dirt colored with large stains, I felt gross walking on it barefoot. There was no cold water, just hot from both sides. The bathroom vanity light didn't work. The toilet was one of the ones from an old public facility, not a household one. Took several flushes to get it to work. My husband wiped down the cobwebs and spiders from the ceiling corners. And the A/C air smelled of something that was trying to go for clean, but was just artificial. We aren't picky people, my husband especially, but even he didn't like staying there. We would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

The picture of the front of the hotel is wrong. This hotel was disgusting. Paint chipping off the walls, cigarette butt burns on the lamps, hair in the drains, door barely opened, floor trim coming off the wall and moldy. Staff so rude. No breakfast. Pool not heated. I’d never stay here again.

Great staff clean clean rooms and they are supplied wit more than enough motel room necessities, which is important to us and one of the best that ive seen (free ) "hot" breakfasts to offer guest. Beautiful and spacious pool area along wit a fun arcade game room for kids and/or adults. Free Wi-Fi and right by legoland. The new remodeling is fantastic! Great Job guys keep up the good work! Ill be back soon and i recommend it to any/all

meeting up at the hotel with a relative and going to Legoland. Hotel was just outside gate but still had to drive in and pay $17 parking! Our room was clean and nice although we did see other rooms with doors open where repairs and renovations were being done. Solid building, quiet rooms. Huge pool. No poolside bar or amenities. Friendly staff.
