What a Little Gem!”
Had a fantastic stay here. The room contained all the necessary amenities including a new flat screen tv with a good variety of channels. The breakfast each morning was top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble and the Manager went out of his way to ensure I had no issues during my stay, even offering me a ride when I got stuck. Highly recommend!

Infested with bugs swimming pool wasn't open no microwave in our room there was no wifi service available during our stay. The air conditioner barely worked and the building structure was damaged there was very little breakfast in fact only coffee was served

Look elsewhere ”
Place is literally falling apart. The stair treads are loose. They had a guy cutting steel structural pipe and welding braces under the walkways. He was cutting right under my window. Finally, the place seems to have been invaded by cockroaches of the German variety. Then the housekeeping staff getting into loud arguments with guests right outside my door. All that being said, I will say the office staff was very pleasant.

Worse Housekeeping staff experience ever ”
Around 9 am, house keeping staff knocked on the door saying it was time to check out after I'd already paid for an additional night. They then returned twice after that in 30 min. Increments stating that "I Need to Pay". I proceed to the front desk and as I left my room, house keeping them again tried to enter my room without permission. Once in the office, I gave my name & was then given the ok.

Room was nice but no refrigerator like I was told. At 9 am the following morning the house keeping actually walked in to my room, 2 hrs. Before check out. Very unexceptable, inappropriate and embarrassing!

How do I hate thee? Let me count the ways: 1. Pool. You have one, but alas, it's full of dirty water and garbage 2. Breakfast. You say you have one, but coffee is not breakfast. 3. Bed. My wife says the sheets look like they've been cleaned, and I agree. They are just older and brownish. The one sheet given was above the blanket, so we needed to remake it with the sheet below. Mattress is kinda thin, and it's the smallest queen you can get. 4. The people. While most people seem okay, some seem kinda sketchy. I understand Covid was bad for the industry, and it's possible this was once a good hotel, but it's got a long way to go to be good again. Wifi was good. Bathroom was clean, we didn't HATE our stay, but that still doesn't make it great. Sorry, but it's one star from me.

I have a problem with listings that promise amenities and fail to deliver. This motel offers breakfast and there is no such thing. The room is similar to ghetto residential I came across when I was a law enforcement officer in chicago. The door had a gap so large that light came in. The room was falling apart and the only saving facts were air conditioning, TV, and water pressure. I did not feel safe and had a restles sleep. Price definitely has a factor on quality!!! The reviews I read cannot be genuine and should be factored out. Look elsewhere for a good night's sleep.

There was no free breakfast despite the listing details--it was just coffee. There was nobody manning the desk my last morning so couldn't get any more toilet paper. They rarely answer the phone so had to call the corporate office to confirm my reservation. Room didn't have a smoke alarm and had a busted out top of the air conditioner unit, scuffed up walls, and cigarette burned bedding. The cold water faucet was broken so only had hot unless I turned the cold on under the sink each time. Uggg. Paid $57 via agoda.com for 2 for a Friday night.

On the freeway”
I had to laugh it was so bad. Ummm…right on the freeway. Felt like my room was in the slow lane it was so loud. You couldn’t have a conversation without yelling on the balcony. Also, the bright light outside my room was flashing like a strobe light. Good thing I don’t have a seizure disorder and the room had black-out curtains. The pool had lots of trash around and in it. I took a video of it all because no one would believe it. On the bright side, the linens were clean and so was the bathroom. I’m not that picky and sleep like the dead so worked for me for the night because my other choice was my car. Too cold for that. Terrible value. I hate to be negative and NEVER write reviews but GAH…had to!

Does not look like the pictures”
I write this for people who worry about safety. The motel looked nothing like the pictures; the building was worn down (rebar showing on the staircase, uneven walkway, etc). The place did have a big light shining on the parking lot so that was good, and the front desk worker was efficient and nice. Unlike what was promised though, there was no free breakfast, just free coffee. The room we picked was a no smoking one, but former stayers did not abide by this, and the room reeked of cigarettes. We are thankful that nothing bad happened during our stay and our sheets and towels looked clean, but we are not going to stay here again unless management improves their facility.

This is a nasty place, top to bottom. So disappointed with past reviews and bogus pics of the property. Dirty inside, dirrtly outside, spend $10 more dollars and go elsewhere.
