After my booking confirmation yesterday, when we get there, we find that our room was given to someone else, because they thought that we were not coming, we had arrived there at 6.10 and we were told that we were late we should have checked in before 6.00 and we had to pay extra money for a family room that we didnt book or let alone require but we had no choice but to take it, these was a very bad experience especially when you didnt cancel and even budgetted for a family room that we didnt need for a couple and paid more money and the same room was so cold with not enough blankets and we ad to check out before checking time

The room was fine and clean. However with no breakfast and no WiFi in the room for the price paid is not value for money. In this day you can't afford not to have WiFi in the rooms. Improve on that

the place is okay however it could be better ;if services such as Wifi could be available in the rooms, Tv channels could be improved no one still watches sabc in this day and age and you need carpets in the bathroom for when one has just had a shower. its the small things that are lacking otherwise its a nice place but also very cold so extra blanketing is needed in winter

The place is not safe at all. My laptop and my partners laptop were stolen. The service is very bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Anyone can access the place easyly.

Really close to airport”
Basic room. Simple and clean. Hot water was lovely probably the best I had experienced in joberg. Only problem is that there was no wifi which was really annoying. Staff said there was only wifi on one part of the building and you had to pay. Booo in this day and age this should be a basic. I wouldn't have booked it otherwise if I had known this at first.

HOUSE KEEPER SUPERVISOR VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT”
We experienced the worse situation from house keeping supervisor, she come and knocked our room at around 10.03am and started shouting and demanded that we must go out of the room after 10minutes, and we requested her to give is few more minutes as we were preparing to catch our flight to Dubai but she refused and went to call a security police, who was fully equipped with guns and other requirements to arrest a criminal. We never experienced such a situation in our whole life, we have been in more than 100 hotels in more than 30 countries around the global, but we never experienced such attack and abuses from a lady who is just a house keeper. She told us that we were supposed to move out of the room at 10am, but she started abusing us just because were had not left at 10.03am. she kept knocking our door many times despite our request that of few minutes. I would recommend to those who need peace to never book in this hotel.

Decent stay near the airport”
A decent place to stay for a night if you are looking to stay at an inexpensive inn/motel near the airport. Doesn't have any food and the surrounding area shuts down pretty soon by 6pm so make sure to carry food in case you dont want to step out for dinner.
