Perfect for us”
I boked the place and it was better than i expected. The room had everything needed, airconditioner, TV, soap, shampoo, hangers, open cabinet for clothes, bag, etc. It is very clean, thanks to daily cleaning around the property. It is also very safe so no worries about security. There's a beach right in front of the property with a nice swing for a nice photo op. The beach isn't very swimmable though because it's closer to General Luna town centre. If you want to go swimming, you have to go further out of town. The owner, Eddie, is a man with a few words, but very helpful, reliable, nice, and genuine I feel. We observed that he was a good family man as well. Thank you Eddie, his family, and staff :-)

Great all around! ”
Great location. Just outside of the craziness of the main General Luna strip but still not too far to walk. It has its own beach, quiet surroundings and an awesome staff! Great breakfast food and a fridge full of beers on hand for you to snag when you’d like.

quiet and serene”
the place is nice, close enough from the town proper where all the parties are happening and where all the restaurants are located and far enough to have a peaceful rest. the owner is very accommodating too! the place is clean, room is clean, bathroom has a functioning hot water, flush, and bidet. but don't expect a hotel-like facilities. breakfast preparation is at 7am, so we weren't able to try it. just a bit hard to locate it since their logo in the hi-way is small. overall, it's really a good place to stay in.

Very recommend resort. Good location, on the beach. Comfortable room and bed. Very nice and helpful stuff. Only co is the shower that sometimes has cold water and the noise of roosters.

Very clean and spacious rooms. But not for morning sleepers.”
Place is of good value with very clean rooms and, with scooter, not far from restaurants and other beaches. The problem are the dozens of chickens and roosters terrain next door that make too much noise starting from 5:30 am. Rooms are just next to it and sound is audible to the point of waking someone up several times. If you are a late sleeper stay somewhere else, if waking up very early is no issue then this place is fine.

The room was just exactly what we paid for”
Location is good as it is very near to one of the cool clubs in siargao so you can walk back to your room in 3 mins after you get high. It's not too close to cloud 9 but still okay for us since we rented a bike. What I want to highlight is that the chickens next door were super loud that drove us crazy. The neighbors burnt something then one time our room was full of smoky air and we didn't feel comfortable ( because the window at bathroom couldn't be shut completely). The worst part is that the owner is not friendly at all, he yelled at us when we asked him to check out our room with smoke and loud chicken noise. The smoke and chickens were not under owners control, but he didn't have to yell at us repeating it's not his fault. We understand that just needed some sort of solution or support to make the bad situation better. Other than that, the hammock they have facing the beach is awesomely relaxing, and we were so happy to have the Access to kitchen all the time.

Needs improvement as to cleanliness of the room and hopefully they will invest in a nice quality pillow. Very ok for budget traveller as room has 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. I guess its good value for the price.

The place is nice although far from the centre from general Luna. On arrival there was no warm welcome. The owner asks an employee to bring you to the room and that's it. No facilities like a restaurant/bar to hang out, its just the room you pay for. Combined together that there was no welcome and no atmosphere, I wouldnt recommend to stay here

If you like to drink beer with retired people you can go there. If you like authenticity just avoid it. Only fake who are so drunk that they don't even know what they are saying or doing. From guests to relatives coming from outside. Spanish call spanish (private joke)

Exceptional”
Loved our stay here at Eddie's Beach Resort! The room was spacious. Bed and washroom was very clean. There's a mosquito net on top of the bed, but don't use it though. We untangled it just to see what it looks like and it stinks. It smells old and used for 20 years without washing/replacement. On our last day at the resort, the air conditioner stopped working though. Good thing we were leaving in two hours and didn't happen on other days. Other than that, everything is excellent. Location is great; right in front of the beach. A few minutes walk from General Luna town. 12 minute scooter ride to Cloud 9. Staff are super nice and friendly! They take care of your needs. They got our van for us to go to the airport. We even got drunk and partied with them on our last night at RhumBar. another plus on location because it's a one-minute walk to RhumBar. Siargao Tip: go to RhumBar every monday and wednesday. That's where everyone is partying. Their food at the restaurant is sooooooo goood. Not a lot of people know how good it is. Their chef cooks good and gives you a great amount of portion for the price. It just takes amount of time because the chef cooks everything from scratch.

Paradise in which you will feel at home”
If you are looking for a perfect getaway place that you will fully enjoy the beauty of the island nature and will also feel like at home, this is the place you are looking for! Magical resort managed by Eddie and his charming wife gives you a feeling of relaxation, serenity and safety. Your cottage is surrounded by palm and papaya trees, dogs are lazily running around, kids are playing in the garden. Everybody is very kind and eager to help and give you advise what to do, where to go, how to enjoy the beauty of the Siargao island to the utmost. If you want to enjoy the beach, just walk 10m through the garden, don't even bother to lock your cottage door. This is the place that will let you fully enjoy your holidays without worrying about anything, just reset and recharge your batteries. Quiet surrounding that is located 15 min by walk from the fish market and 5-10min drive from Cloude no9 the spot for surfing, kiting and other day and night activities. Don't think twice, just book this place and I can assure you will be as charmed as we were during our stay, since the moment we stepped through Eddie's resort's door.

Awesome Experience! ”
First time to go to Siargao and I had the best experience ever! The place might be a little far from all the "happenings" but the resort staffs were kind enough to tour us around on a motorcycle. Plus its not hard for your to go places in Siargao as there are motorcycle you could rent or could take you anywhere. ;) I only book my flight and hotel and I have no itinerary when I took this vacation with my cousin. I chose this resort as they have good reviews and they didn't disappoint! :) Jess, MacMac and Mary Ann are the best staff as they were all kind enough to help us figure out places to go and visit. :) Jess even went out his way and toured us around Siargao's tourist spots the entire day during his day-off. And take note, did he didn't ask or demanded for any "fee" and was even hesitant to take the amount we gave him as he said he just wanted the guest to enjoy Siargao in its full extent. They treat their guest like a family and their service is superb - probably way better than the 5 star hotels that I've tried! ;) Lastly the food they serve is delicious and the serving is generous! We had some left overs that they heated for the next day! Lol Highly recommended for travelers to book this resort - value for money and outstanding service! :)

Very Friendly & Helpful Staff”
We were a group of five who arrived very early; 09:00. Check in time was 14:00 but we were allowed to leave our baggage in a room. It is a gated place with lots of cctv's so we felt secure. We ate breakfast there (ca. kr30/person) & decided to go island hopping afterwards. The staff secured us a boat (cost only kr250 for all of us). We came back from our tour around 16:00 & checked in to our rooms (2 cottages). It has aircons & electric fans and large bathrooms. Beer cost kr8/bottle which was the same everywhere in the island (we are beer drinkers). Wifi in the counter area. The staff knew where & what the activities were in the area. Party all night long. We also hired a motorcycle from Eddie's, kr65/day. They also supplied us with transportation back to the airport, kr250. We had a wonderful time in Siargao and of course at Eddie's Beach Resort.
