Cheap, for a reason”

As others have said, the room is very tiny. Stayed cool with fan AND AC combo...gotta love that! The problem was that the bathroom smelled bad. There is no vent in the bathroom so no way for it to dry other than having the door open, which was smelly, so we opened the front door for awhile each day but tried to avoid bugs getting in. Eddy and the staff were nice and friendly. Location is fine, about a 15-min walk to fisherman's village with some food spots & convenient stores nearby. Taxis in the area are expensive, like 300 bhat plus for a 10-min ride, so we tried to walk as much as possible.

Nice property; rooms are okay. Not much to do in the area. Too bad we had to pay twice, because something went wrong in the paying process (caused by Agoda). In the end, we got a free meal of the owner. He is a good guy and really tries to help.

Eddy is incredibly friendly and supportive. The place is modern and clean, and the air conditioner works really well. There aren't too many restaurants within a short walk, but grab a scooter and you'll be all set. Eddy's restaurant is fabulous, but it's only open for dinner.

He went out of his way to help us and is very knowledgeable of "events" on the island. The location is about 2.5 km from Fishermans Village, 2.5 km to Thai Immigration, and about 4 km to Maenam Pier. Rooms were clean and large at lower cost, with AC, fan, fridge, and kettle(coffee supplied). I certainly would stay there again, thanks to the great host.

Eddy is such a nice host”

We had originally booked eddys place for 3 nights but ended up extending for a total of 5. Him and his wife run the guest house and live on site. They also run a restaurant on the property ( green curry was amazing). The location was good for us as we wanted something quiet but walking distance to the beach. We were about a 15 minute walk from fishermans village and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The place was very clean, our room was cleaned everyday and fresh water in the fridge everyday. We had air con and a fan, comfy bed and a kettle to make our own coffee. Anything we needed or had any questions eddy was so helpful and approachable. His English is also very good make communication even better! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be outside but still near to the hustle and bustle of Ko Samui. It was clean, peaceful and affordable. Will return!

Eddy is a great guy to get on with, and along with his wife is obviously working hard to make a success of the place. The room I was in wasn't very big but it had a comfy bed, aircon and decent bathroom. It's simple but done well which counts for a lot The big fridge is a bonus as well. The rooms were made up every day and kept very clean. Overall, I found Eddy's place to be good value for money for Samui. Yes it's a bit of a trek to get to more built up areas but for the price and standard of the room I felt like it was a good compromise to make.

Comfy bed ”

We ordered the cheapest room they had and we got exactly what we were looking for; a small room with the necessities. The bed took up almost the entire room but it was very comfortable. Ac was new and worked great. However, our room did not have a sink or a tv. The owners were nice and helpful. The rooms were not in a large house so the doors lead to the outside which is nice if you stay out late. It is located close to several restaurants and you can walk to the fisherman's village. If you are looking for a cheap, clean, and comfortable place to stay I would recommend it. However don't expect to have a lot of space in your room.

It was new clean room with air conditioning for lower rate than most of others in Samui. Renting a bike and riding on jungle shortcut to Lamai beach from nearby MaeNam was quite refreshing. Eddy the owner runs a nice bar bistro with his wife there also.

La ubicacion esta muy bien! cerca de la playa y de la fisherman village. Las habitaciones son limpias pero muy pequeñas, aunque la galeria y las mesas externas lo compensan. El baño no tiene lavamanos. Eddy y el personal son muy amables.

pro: großes Bett, genug Platz im Deluxe-Zimmer, Sitzplatz auf der allgemein zugänglichen Terrasse contra: eng (normales Zimmer), kein sauberes Zudeck-Laken, kein Waschbecken und feuchte, dauerhaft schimmelig riechende Luft (beide Zimmer). Beide Zimmer zu teuer, habe für das gleiche Geld auf Koh Samui besseren Standard und Lage bekommen.

저희는 코사무이 떠나기 전에 하루 묵었는데요, 아저씨께 친구랑 저랑 둘다 휴대폰이 없어서 인터넷이 필요하다 했더니 노트북도 방 가서 쓰도록 빌려주시고 수랏타니공항까지 가는 조인트티켓 구매도 도와주시고 여러모로 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 숙소상태는 조금 좁기는 한데 신발벗고 들어가는거라 좋았네요. 에어컨도 너무 빵빵하고 침대도 푹신합니당. 다만 화장실은 뜨거운물이 안나와요 샤워는 포기했습니다ㅋㅋ 방에 냉장고까지 있어서 물도 시원하고 좋았어요. 숙소 옆에는 아저씨께서 하는 가게가 있는데 짱맛있어요. 특히 볶음밥에 고기 올라간 메뉴있는데 다음날에 포장해가고싶었어요... 바로옆에 편의점이 있기는한데 품목은 별로 없네용.
