We stayed Edele 3 nights, we chosen the room no window but it comfortable than we expected. The staff so lovely and support everything. Good location, close to the beach easy looking for everything. We will come back next year.

The hotel is very nice. The room is big and clean. Have exhaust fan which you hardly see in nha trang hotel. Breakfast was good. Main location. I initially book for 3 days but end up for a week. Definitely be back to this hotel if i stay in nha trag again

I stayed here for one night only on my business trip and I enjoyed so much. The room is very nice , big and clean. Especial is the breakfast , they have many option for guests. the location is also very convenient , not so far to the beach and nice market. Clean, warmly - friendly staff”
Hotel is clean. Our room are quite large if compare with same class in others. Staff is very warmly and frieny. Hotel's location is very excelent. But something is not good. Ex: Towel is not white although they are clean. Swiming pool is very small. Food is not good.

Breakfast buffet and how clean of the hotel”
We don’t like the breakfast buffet. The staff at the restaurant is not professional. I saw a female staff using her bare hands to put breads in the tray. I could it the breads after I saw that. We stayed in room 908. The room is ok, not much special. Manager of the hotel needs to ask cleaning staff to clean landline telephone and wardrobe. We could see dust....When we first had breakfast buffet on our first day, we couldn’t find forks and knives. I asked a male staff at the restaurant where they were as I saw only forks by the fruit tables. He said they were for fruit. Off course I know but at least he could have brought knives and forks for me. Then he seemed to be very friendly with my husband...maybe I’m Vietnamese and my husband is foreigner so he treated me in a different way...The staff by the reception are very friendly...The WiFi was too slow. We couldn’t send email out. We had to use our own internet

Excellent 3-star hotel”
This hotel exceeds the Canada/US 3-star hotel requirements. It is located at the very safe tourist area in Nha Trang. The beach is only 5 minute walk from it. There are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. We are very satisfied with the services provided by it during our stay (5 nights)in a room (#801) with a private balcony on the 8th floor. The hotel staff at the reception desk is very polite and helpful. Mr Tri, the restaurant supervisor of the hotel, is a kind person who gave me many helpful advices. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to Canadians and particularly to Viet Kieu in Canada who visit Nha Trang.

Unfortunately not enough time to really assess the hotel as I arrived at 4 am after a 12 hour journey and only had one more night here. Good clean room, great breakfast. Tiny gym where I had a treadmill run which was very hard as no aircon and next to sauna. Staff very helpful but because such a big place I missed the personal touch. As Nha Trang is full of high rise buildings and hotels the personal touch would be difficult to find. I used Nha Trang as a stopover before Da Lat and found ideal for the purpose.

Enjoyed my stay at the edele.The hotel is close to beach and is surrounded by some good restaurants.Special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who made it their mission to attend to my room everyday.The rooftop pool and small gym were pleasing too.Will stay at the edele should I next visit nha trang.

My stay was excellent, I had a very good experience, and got to know some of the staff as well, as they were very friendly. The security guard, Tuan, in particular was very helpful and friendly. I would definately stay at the Edele if I am in Nha Trang again.

Hotel is clean and staff are very supportive ”
We stay for 1 night, rent a bike for more than 24 hour but only be charged for 1 day. After leaving the hotel, we travel to another place for 1 day, then come back to Nha Trang to catch the train. The hotel still helps to keep our luggage and allow us to rent a bike only for half day, which is not available at most of the bike renting place. The hotel supervisor even helps us to bring our luggage to the taxi. Beside, room is clean and the location is very near the beach and Sailing club. We're very happy with this hotel.
