Great location on the ski resort, really simple and nice communication with the staff, very open for helping us despite language barrier! Great stay!

Good economical place to stay”
Bare amenities but value was good. A little out of the way so be prepared to walk more after/before skiing each day if you want to stay here. One note, if you buy a multiple day lift ticket you can walk out to skiing each morning.

Great Place, friendly staff (no English) and great location”
My wife found this hotel doing an internet search and it looked like a perfect place for the family to stay while we were in Myoko. Reading the reviews, it did mention that you had to cross a run to get there and yes it's true! so be prepared to drag your gear through the snow to get there, mind it's all part of the experience and adventure of a Japan Ski holiday! As mentioned in the review the owners don't speak any English but we managed to get away with it for 11 nights. We do think we need to learn a bit of Japanese for next time though! It's also a restaurant so you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a cuppa. With the information center across the run, you can get the lift passes and book taxi etc. and you can also get the owner to get the passes for you at a discount rate. It's also easy to access other area's as there are busses running from next to the main info center in town. I

relatively clean, great location close to the slopes, a little hard to get to.”
everything you need to ski or snowboard from a drying room, racks for board tuning, proper racks for storage of gear, great bath for after a long day on the slopes, decent rooms, ski in ski out functionality. relatively near to the main drag of akakura.
