A piece of paradise amongst the madness of Phuket”
the staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. returning to be eden bungalow resort from a busy phuket beach, was like entering an oasis of quiet and serenity. the bungalows are basic, yet extremely comfortable. what made this place work for us was the care and attention which is put into maintaining the gardens and the bungalows. we were there for the new year's eve celebration dinner. it was superb. fantastic food with traditional thai entertainment, with a splash of silliness thrown in. it really worked. we would return here again.

Awesome for a Solo Traveller”
If you want five star luxury, this is not for you. But if you want your feet on the ground in a delightful environment Eden Bungalows are great. I chose a superior bungalow with an outlook over the pool and because there are not that many bungalows in the resort, being close to the pool is not a problem. There were no children staying during my trip which was in school holidays, so it was very quiet. I loved having my own covered verandah where I could sit outside but still feel the air conditioning from inside the room. Clean, very comfortable bed and a pristine manicured garden all added to my positive opinion. Very friendly staff. I think it may be rather cramped for two people, however. Overall, I loved it for a three star rating, offering good vlue for money..

Basic But Beautiful. A Unique Oasis In Plastic Patong”
I’m a solo traveller and just love Eden Bungalow. Individual cabins, very well fitted out, but unless you go for the large size, you’d be cramped with two people. Centrally located at the north end of Patong between the beach and the main drag, it has beautifully manicured gardens, a lovely pool and sits on a huge piece of land which makes coming home so inviting after the craziness of the street life. No stairs! Air conditioned, of course. A safe, fridge and coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bed, but no phone to reception. Each cabin has it’s own lovely verandah - a delightful place to sit before the heat of the day or on a balmy evening. I wouldn’t order breakfast - there are many varied options close by. Restaurants everywhere. If I had to come to Patong again, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

Lovely Place”
We loved Eden Bungalows. We had num 13, the best bungalow there. It was clean and neat and close to the pool. The gardens are amazing and the pool is great. It was nice and quiet there, also close to all the shopping beaches etc. The breakfast was awesome and the massages too. The staff were all friendly. Definitely fantastic value for money if you are happy to have simple accommodation. Only complaint would be that the bed was very hard, otherwise it was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Phuket.

Quiet and relaxed”
We really enjoyed our stay at Eden Bungalows. We moved there from a bigger hotel to avoid crying babies and late night revellers. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We really enjoyed our own verandah and garden. Both air con and a ceiling fan in the room worked well. Wi-Fi was only available near reception but it was an excellent service and a comfortable area to sit. The breakfast was excellent.

Return visitor”
This was our 4th stay at Eden Bungalows. The room was improved upon with a new bed and the shower facilities were also improved. The pool and grounds are always immaculate, with very friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic but you never leave Hungary.

Enjoyable stay at Eden Bungalow for 4 nights. Cozy bungalows and food at restaurant very good. Quiet and relaxing but still in close distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Only negative,if any, is no free Wifi and paid wifi very slow.

Nice Resort”
Our bungalow although quite functional was a bit worn and could do with renovation (some have been renovated). Although there is a free safe for use in Reception, there was also a small safe in the room, you will need your own padlock for this. All the staff were extreemly friendly and helpful. Pool towels are available but you may need to ask for them. It was very relaxing to sit on the patio of the room in the evening, looking at the gardens. The resort is in a relatively quiet area, about four minutes walk from the beach and plenty of cheap eateries close by.

Best western breakfast we’ve ever had in Thailand! Real coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows comfortable, bungalow clean, and great location. Thank you Eden for a lovely holiday.

Eden garden is a great escape from the hectic patong life. The gardens are relaxing, the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good bungalow ”
This property has beautiful gardens and a very nice, clean pool. The bungalow is basic but has everything you need including hot water, air conditioning, open windows, refrigerator, etc. the porch is quint and nice to sit under even in the rain. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant food is also delicious even breakfast was tasty. The Tom yum cocktail at the bar was something I fervently order and super tasty. I would stay here again and I recommend it to solo or couple travelers looking for a quiet, clean place, close to everything you need or want.

Quiet spot close to the action”
The bungalows and lovely garden grounds were a perfect and relaxing home base for our group of three families. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach or a few minutes tuktuk ride to the bustle of Bangla Road. The Thai food in the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good, and the pool was clean, with both sunny and shady sides. Another couple complained that the air conditioners aimed right at the head of the beds gave them headaches. I guess it didn’t occur to them to just turn it down. I think it was enjoyable and a good value for the relatively low price.

Very Quiet and Peaceful”
i love edden bungalows, 3rd visit, because its quiet, with nice gardens and pleasant rooms.check in was smooth, and friendly, carried my bag to my room.the pool is not large but big enough, great place to meet the other guests. the breakfast is ok not a big buffet like some places but still ok.its good value for money, you hear no noise during the night, very peaceful. there is some mainteance required on the tiles walking down into the pool, bottom 3 rows missing which makes it difficult on the feet.

Read in reviews about staff but ignored.... ”
We arrived in the evening.The place is amazing,cute bungalows,everything is clean,great location. I prefer those kind of places to big hotels. Once we arrived we couldn’t connect to internet so decided first to go to eat. After almost two hrs after we got back still was the same. We came to reception trying to explain the issue. As a result i’ve got several phrases like: “well,u didn’t pay that much for a room, if u would pay over 100 dollars u could complain”; “i think u r drunk,so calm down”,“if u r unhappy call police”, “u can complain to the manager tomorrow”and so on. All this time by pointing fingers into my face. Next day i’ve heard from another staff this guy knew the manager very well so was not afraid to do or say anything. We stayed several days but were trying to avoid talking to staff. Place is really beautiful.I feel sorry ppl like this don’t know how to attract clients, specially its plenty of other places around for the same price. Even i loved the place,wouldn’t advice

Nice bungalows in pretty garden setting. Gardens and pool well maintained and nice retreat from the busy surrounding area of Patong. Only complaint is the set breakfast. Very very basic. Better off eating outside. The breakfast staff were not interested at all in serving us. Juices were not cool, no water offered, the only fan turned on was the one above where the kitchen staff counter was, it was like we didn't exist yet we were often the only couple in the breakfast area. The service and pricing at the street front restaurant/bar however was very good.

We stayed in the pool front bungalows, so much better than a hotel, friendly staff and food was great.Not very good internet connection and television picture was poor but this did not detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again

Nice small Hotel with aromantic mood, gardens around the bugalows and the swiming pool make it very special and quiet in the noisy patong beach area, maybe inside the banglows can be better but its still okay . they have a friendly and helpful stuff, the resturat is good for lunch and dinner but very limited for the breakfast choices

Great little spot”
Spot was nice, the bungalows were spacious enough and clean. the staff was very helpful and the location was very good. The pool is a little small and was warm like bath water but other than that this place was very nice for a 3 night stay.
